Great location, but it’s hard to get good employees. They didn’t let me get in before 3pm and they fail to Book halbe Pension (breakfast and dinner) for the day after, so I was thrown out of the restaurant when I wanted to have dinner. Terrible experience. If the CEO would only know how bad the service is!…

We were here for the second time, definitely not the last! Great service, great view of the Baltic Sea, beautiful pool area. Also very child and dog friendly. We'll be back!

Great hotel, no need for a mask if you are recovered or vaccinated. The friendliness makes it a very relaxed atmosphere. The bar is also great and relaxed. You are also very mindful of the distance and feel safe. The drinks and food there are great. Highly recommended...we really enjoyed our 4 days there.

2 nights for Lübeck Xmas market, very good overall. The personal was absolute top class in service and friendliness. Too low capacity in elevators makes it troublesome during high demand

The hotel is at such nice location! Just superb! We experienced great service, especially hotel being booked out they been able to move us around well and found something. Pool is so nice, outside and inside, we spend a lot of time there. Beach is walking distance, a lot of food around.
2 recommendations: I think would be nice also to consider more things for kids, in the pool and especially food. I mean breakfast ist really nice, but dinner doubt you can convince kids with such food such as seafood etc. there should be small child corner at dinner buffet, some pIzza, nuggets, frenchfries, rice, parika, gurken, etc. simple. For adults the dinner buffet is quite nice, for children, rather limited, if your kids are special with food. so dinner we had to eat always outside, which was pity.

Excellent and secure underground car parking. We stayed in a corner room which had extensive views over the park and a part of the beach. Generally the hotel ready for a “ facelift”, but the staff more than made up for it. We celebrated my birthday in The Feriensstube. Very tradtitional German arkitecture, with panelled walls and a very warm feeling. The quality of the Bitburger Pils on tap, was second to non. We sttled for the Tournedo steaks, and was most pleasantly surprised that they were offering Arwheiler Valley red wine by the carafe. A huge favourite of ours from our travels there. There was a fine Asbach Uralt to join the excellent coffee.
To sum up, it was a very pleasant stay, and we discovered by talking to other guests, that they had been returning year after year! A fine “testament”
