Hotel Gran BelVeder & Ostsee Therme Resort & Spa in Scharbeutz

A truly superb hotel, deserving in every aspect of their 5-star rating. The rooms were spacious & comfortable (as was the bed!) and the balcony was lovely. Bathrooms are modern & water pressure very good.
The best part of this stay was the staff - incredibly professional, accommodating and knowledgeable about their business. I would especially like to thank the team for all the perks & friendly treatment!
For instance: there’s a parking fee but cars can remain in the garage after check-out, spa entrance can be gained prior to check-in at the hotel and again after check-out), first mini-bar filling is free, complimentary water in the room and at checkout (not to mention fruit & chocolate, again in room and at checkout!). The breakfast buffet is fantastic - everything you could want and then some - one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel stay.
The hotel is about 1km from the city so within walking distance to shops, restaurants & bars. The Ostsee-Therme is attached to the hotel and offers a variety of wellness activities.
I really enjoyed staying here and looking forward to returning soon!

Very good place nere the water
Very good place, good food and exelent view. The bartender is very skillfull he can make drinks that taste "wunderbar". We will be back

Perfect vacation
Everything was Fine!

Still a very nice Hotel but it came into the year a little bit! New carpet and room design would be appriciated. Restaurant good, breakfast good.

A great getaway for a weekend. All well organized. The Restaurant‘s smart casual was maybe a bit too much but overall a great experience.

The best kept secret in Scharbeutz. Wonderful hotel, but made even better by the most wonderful staff. The check in, the restaurant staff, the barman, all brilliant. Superb location, great food, and attached to the spa.
