The staff and service were excellent, and they kindly allowed us to check in one hour earlier than the scheduled time. The breakfast was excellent, fresh, and very varied. The cleanliness and overall atmosphere were outstandingly quiet and relaxing. Great attention was also given to children’s needs, which made the stay very family-friendly. Service offered by the people (reception, restaurant and rooms) make this a classic pamper experience. A truly clasic 5-star service. As soon as we arrived, our child noticed a small bug on his pillow. Unfortunately, we didn't realize immediately it was a louse, but thought it was a harmless insect. Our child got louses as a souvenir from the hotel. In a 5-star hotel, you wouldn't expect something like this to be possible. A truly superb hotel, deserving in every aspect of their 5-star rating. The rooms were spacious & comfortable (as was the bed!) and the balcony was lovely. Bathrooms are modern & water pressure very good. The best part of this stay was the staff - incredibly professional, accommodating and knowledgeable about their business. The room was very nice, with a view of the sea. I really enjoyed the wellness on the first day. I went to the restaurant and ate schnitzel, which was also very good.

Really lovely hotel, all of the staff offered great service, the room was a great standard and the view was amazing. Highly recommend upgrading to the deluxe room if you stay.

Great location, unfortunately a hotel in need of renovation with too many flaws: -Rooms: carelessly and haphazardly furnished. Artificial flowers, low-quality materials, fittings partly calcified, partly tarnished. -Spa: Saunas with a great view, but unfortunately completely without charm, not enough loungers, water is served in containers that are far too small and are always empty. One star deducted for the lack of WiFi in our room, and the hotel can't be held responsible for the stolen flip-flops in the hotel sauna. Still, it's a shame that something like that spoiled our stay a little. Otherwise, everything was very nice.

We spent our holiday in Scharbeutz with 4 generations and everyone felt completely at home at Bayside. Unbeatable location, the rooftop bar was amazing, the breakfast was a culinary highlight with a view of the Baltic Sea and the staff was extremely friendly. Probably ok-ish summerhotel but super-expensive off-season compared to quality/comfort. Charge like a fourstar, oddly rates three, should be two. Stayed at Wyndham in Osnabrück and Clarion Grand in Malmö before/after, both hotels half the price, tripple comfort. Cant recommend to any traveller.

This was one one of our favorite places we stayed at while in Germany. Our room was big and and clean . Very close walking distance to the beach and restaurants. I could live in this apartment!!

Great location Great location and easy to find. Very comfortable. Staff didn't speak very good English but we used a translation app. Breakfast was expensive.
