Hotel Heldt Dependance in Bremen

The stay at Hotel Heldt was okay, but I won't go there again. The keybox did not work so someone had to come and open it for me, I didn't have to wait long but I had to. Then on the second day the toilet flush did not work so I had to call someone again. The guy said that it happened before - then why not fix it so it doesn't happen again? On the third day the housekeeping took away my towels and forgot to bring back a new small towel. They told me the small ones weren't delivered that day - but I had to ask and then they could have just left my old small towel there. The breakfast is okay if you don't have high expectations but I've seen hotels with a way better one for almost the same price. The tablecloth was not changed after breakfast, the guy (who was wearing working pants just like an electrician or so - not suitable for service staff) just took everything and put the dirt away with his hands. That is unacceptable, especially looking at the fact that Corona is still a topic (and therefore they do not offer the breakfast as a buffet but hand you the things you want). Been to many hotels but that was definitely the worst - sorry to say so.

The room is old-fashioned, the door must have locked from the inside to no uninvited guests to, The Windows are so dirty only a hard hit is possible to see, the shower of the guest page (splashing around in a standing position and closed) full of sour cream and unhealthy mold. The statement of the Hoteliers lady was only: I've listed, I can't give you a different room. Of me there is, unfortunately, not a positive recommendation.
