I wasn’t a guest and only walked in to ask the desk to call me a cab as the Bsag was on strike. They treated me as if I was VIP, they were kind, offered me free coffee or cocoa (it was freezing outside) told me to get comfortable in the waiting lounge if I wanted. Just two wonderful wonderful ladies who managed to cheer me up on a freezing morning when I was trying to get to work at the other side of town. I’ve stayed at 5 star fancy hotels before but this was the best hotel experience ever.

No parking place in parking lot. There is elevator but goes upto 3rd floor, so you have walk from stairs up to reach to your room. Also, first time i used a triangular shaped elevator, cut half from original size to half, very small even for 2 people...Room is a converted attic:-(((...small, with 1/3 of the room 2.20 height, the rest declining down to 60cm height...a capsule hotel has more space....some parts without maintenance...bathroom light only on with annoying ventilation sound...bad check in experience, careless check out experience...so hopeless, we did not go to paid breakfast.

The room was not in a good condition. The furniture is really old and requires a renovation.

The room was in good condition, nice shower. Comfy bed but under the bed was full of chunks of dust. It also smelt of smoke.. Local shopping centre 10 minute walk away and you can order takeout to the hotel. They were renovating so was very loud. Would stay again for a short stay but not longer then 3 days👍

Very trashy neighbourhood. Rooms were clean but worn down. The carpet was miscolored and felt dirty. The bathroom was ok, but water from the shower was trickeling out on the carpet. The receptionist didn't know English but was friendly. The breakfast was below average. We stayed one night.

The staff is very kind. I needed a place to sleep and that’s all. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. The hotel could definitely use a renovation though- carpet in the rooms looks very old and stained.

Worst hotel I've been ever. Staff didn't speak a word of English. Terrible access. Stairs everywhere. No ramps. Elevator (kind of a joke- toy dimensions) didn't reach all the floors. No renovation in the last 50 years? Dated and weared down furniture and carpets. Not enough parking space. Misleading photos on booking engines. Yellowish bedclothes...

Room was clean, free parking and it's was easy to find a parking. Staff is nice and breakfast was really good. Recommend this hotel for one night or so.
