The check-in staff exhibited unprofessional behavior. While the rooms were satisfactory, the bed was clearly not cleaned. The beds consisted of two separate single beds, and one of them still had hair on the mattress, which was quite unpleasant. Despite this, the location is ideal for early morning flights, as it is close to the airport.

We absolutely loved our stay at Holiday Inn Niu Bremen! The hotel is perfect for families, with spacious rooms and large bathrooms featuring strong water pressure. The beds, pillows, and comforters were incredibly comfortable – we slept like babies!

The location is excellent, just a few steps from Bremen Airport, making it super convenient. We couldn’t ask for more – truly the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Europe!

Basic hotel so rated compared to expectations. Easy checking, clean rooms, parking options nearby (although their own parking has very few spots and they do not allow you to book/reserve one in advance).

Stayed here for one night on a Sunday for early flight on Monday. Welcome was friendly at reception. Went to my room 411 on entering the room first thing I saw was a monkey lamp covered in dust not a good sign. I decided to check mattresses hairs stains on mattress protectors which should have been washed the other mattress was fine. I enclose photos to show this. Bathroom was OK. Nobody at reception when I departed at 7 thus morning therefore I am writing this here.

Being moden doesn't always show greatness. First parking lot is small and fills up early. I paid so I would park at any spot. Wheelchair and electric charge spots. Second the pillows and blankets are a disaster. Flimsy and weak. No comfort whatsoever. No air conditioning just a central air that is so weak you barely feel it. Would not recommend this location.

Rooms have a good design and barely enough size for two, the bathroom layout is a bit odd with that wall paper. Bed was okay, not great. Some of the staff were friendly and the others were not inattentive, close to others. Location is close to the airport but has almost no food options other than mc Donald. In the rooms air condition works more than very well even more than enough the rooms are over cooled and no arrange option and is better than the hotel across the street. Overall, not bad, but I couldn’t strongly recommend it.
