The rooms were basic, but clean and functional. The staff were lovely at each interaction - extra points there. The layout was odd, but easy with the elevator. Breakfast was a reasonable price and had a decent selection. We chose to park on the street just outside the property to save a few Euro. We will use Amaris on our next trip to Bremerhaven.

Nice quiet and clean rooms. Good service, helpful staff and a nice breakfast.
Cons:
- Must puchase for more than 10 EUR to pay with credit card in the bar. Quite akward in 2023.
- No daily room service or change of towels unless you specifically ask for it or label your door.
Pros:
- Perftect hardness on bed. Good for my back ;-)
- Amazing pillows.

Very Nice hotel at a Good location. About ten minutes walk to the center. The hotel is clean. The room is big. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is Great, there is a lot of choice and it taste very well. Tip: Auswander Museum. One minus: warm room: no airco.

My experience was very good in this hotel, the lady at the front was really helpful.
Although there is not much English explanation there, but when I had a technical trouble in my room, Manager came and helped me out soon.
If I go back to the city, I would like to stay there again.
