Familie hotel. Pool is not very clean but big. There is a safe guard present. It is a big hotel and to liitle staff. If you want to an order a drink you have to wait 30 min. because there are to may guest and not enough waiters. Perhaps nice for family with kids but not for business

Very well-kept hotel with very friendly service and a good range of wellness options. I also really enjoyed the food...so it was definitely worth it. The furnishings and rooms are a bit old-fashioned, but in a very pleasant way. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Too many options for kids. Food quality good. Vegan and veggie options available for breakfast and dinner but not for lunch. No mini bar in room which was not good as we had two kids and could not store the milk in fridge, rooms are not of great quality, no ac available. no prams available for babies which was really bad for us as we had a 3 months old.

Good old fashion East German hotel! It very easy to come and good for people with children. Resonoble prices. You can do different kinds of sports!

Great breakfast buffet. Nice bar. Excellent spa facilities with indoor pool, 50°/70°/80°/90°C sauna, Serail room, and massage. No A/C can lead to very hot room temperatures on the top floor on a hot summer day. Insufficient parking when hotel is sold out. No obvious option for overflow parking.

I just returned from a weekend at H+ Hotel & SPA Friedrichroda and couldn’t be happier with my stay! The room was spacious, spotless, and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. Great location for this beautiful hotel, room was good but we didn’t spend much time there. It was more the pool and spa area that caught our attention for this one. The area is great with amazing local restaurants and bars right at your convenience. I would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel , in quiet location surrounded by trees, but with good car parking and only 5 mins walk into town. Room was clean and comfortable with nice touches that many other hotels do not normally provide, like refrigerator in the room, and sufficient wall hooks on the bathroom for towels, wash bags etc. plus drying line in shower for wet swimming costumes. Old DDR party hotel which adds to the charm. Very good priced arrangements, food mediocre but with free drinks at dinner. Excellent rooms and staff. Beautiful area. Excellent venue for large groups.

We felt very comfortable, room with a beautiful view on the 4th floor. The atmosphere in the dining room was pleasantly quiet due to the 3 shifts. The menu was great.

Rooms very clean. The food is priced and tasted at a good middle-class level. The boss Antje tries very hard to make you feel comfortable here.

Food was good and the service very good. Very friendly service and they will try to accommodate your needs. We ordered some combinations of ingredients to get a meal for our kids and very much tried to get that on our table. Disadvantage is not being able to pay with cards and the closest atm is a 10 min drive by car.
