Familie hotel. Pool is not very clean but big. There is a safe guard present. It is a big hotel and to liitle staff. If you want to an order a drink you have to wait 30 min. because there are to may guest and not enough waiters. Perhaps nice for family with kids but not for business

Not very recommendable
-Empty candywraps under the matras
-Very, very small bathroom (You can even open the door fully)
-No desk one could work on in the room, even though that was advertised

- To end on a positive note: Breakfast was good.

Very well-kept hotel with very friendly service and a good range of wellness options. I also really enjoyed the food...so it was definitely worth it. The furnishings and rooms are a bit old-fashioned, but in a very pleasant way. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The place is a bit antiquated but clean and comfortable enough for a few days, assuming you're not hanging around all day. If you primarily want to have a place to sleep while exploring the area during the day this will do fine.

There are various food options.
The steak restaurant at the top is very nice. For breakfasts there is an extensive buffet with decent options. What i liked best: do it yourself sandwiches and waffles with waffle makers and sandwich press. There is also a mini-sized buffet for kids! Big hit with the little ones. I'd give dinner buffet a miss though. Not very good, limited choices and the staff removed it fairly early in the evening.

Very clean and staff was friendly and professional. Limited tv channels. Breakfast buffet had a large selection and food was good. It would have been nice to have an iron and ironing board in the room but you can check out irons at the front desk.

Too many options for kids. Food quality good. Vegan and veggie options available for breakfast and dinner but not for lunch. No mini bar in room which was not good as we had two kids and could not store the milk in fridge, rooms are not of great quality, no ac available. no prams available for babies which was really bad for us as we had a 3 months old.

Good old fashion East German hotel! It very easy to come and good for people with children. Resonoble prices. You can do different kinds of sports!

There are lots of positive about our two nights stay. Reception & information desk very helpful and a good level of English. COVID19 was well respected by all. Very clean everywhere. Gym was ok. Pools where good, the outside is to small for the size of the hotel. Football, volleyball, playground for the kids. Location great.
There was only one small negative points, the bedrooms are very clean but in need of some basic update.
