The Hotel is great there are 2 restaurants and a pool and also a playground and a goat farm. There are many cool activities to do.

We stayed at the hotel during the Biathlon World Cup. Comfortable rooms, balanced and delicious food in the restaurant, the room was cleaned daily. I liked that there is a gym, sauna, swimming pool. After the competition, it was convenient to recover in bad weather. Special thanks to the employee at the reception, Muhammad. A friendly person, helped with any questions. In general, the stay was successful. The staff speaks little English. There was one incident at a children's attraction. The animator couldn't take control. Parents and grandparents took over and as a result my children were made to cry three times. It was sad.

Rooms are clean and food in restaurants is good. Hotel is a little bit older and a carpet in the rooms are not appropriate anymore.

The hotel in itself is a great place but what makes it even better is the view surrounding it. The perfect place to come for some peaceful and relaxing time with great amenities available around the clock. I did not like that breakfast has an additional fee of $20. We ended up at the bakery down the street. The rest was ok. The location is great and so are the wellness offers. A little confusing as they are all over the property.

a huge property with big rooms & a big toilet/bathroom. very rare to find such spacious hotel rooms & toilets in europe. downside the breakfast place was quite a walking distance from the room. the access to first floor rooms has no elevator so one has to lift the bags. to the entry reception as well there is no doorman so one lifts the bags & goes to the reception to be told the room has been allotted...

Great place to stay Stayed here for 1 night. Single room but very comfort bed. Small but good bathroom. Good breakfast and nice dinner. Best is the swimming pool ( heated ) and big sauna. There is a parking at the hotel ( cost extra ) . Location is very good in the middle of the center.

The stay was fine but there was no fridge in the room and it not even very spacious. Heater was even not working in the middle of the night. Overall, good experience if these things get improve it will be much better

The food and service were rather good for a really acceptable price. The environment in the restaurant is not that nice. Kind of dated and not very nicely decorated.

I have to say the food was perfect, and the welcome at the table was great. The room itself was stylishly furnished, nice and spacious, and clean. However, we were very disappointed about one thing: we had booked a bowling alley, which was confirmed via email. When we arrived and inquired again about the bowling alley, we were told it was broken. That wasn't very nice; we were quite sad about it....

Very large, stylish rooms, a beautiful, modern, spacious bathroom – everything matches the photos on the website. The building isn't brand new from the outside, but I was staying inside, not outside. Breakfast is served in the main building, so you have to walk a bit. Everything you could possibly need is there. A lovely, pleasant stay.

It's actually a nice hotel. But there are cameras everywhere, signs about what's prohibited, etc. The constant surveillance makes you feel a bit uneasy. For dinner, I highly recommend the Italian restaurant a little further up the road.

Although it's not a new building, the rooms have been renovated to be user-friendly and are kept clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant stay. We had dinner at the on-site restaurant. It was delicious!

Oberhof is well worth a visit! It's not a state-of-the-art hotel, but it's centrally located yet quiet. Free parking, very spacious rooms, friendly and helpful German-speaking staff, and a very good selection at the breakfast buffet.

Food an buffet was good, service very good. But the dining room was very hot, the corridors are long and echo a lot. There are no sound proof doors that can be closed to limit noise. If some opens a door in the top corridor at the end, then you can here it echo and reverberate if you are on the bottom floor at the opposite end of the hotel. Wunderful short trip in the winterwunderland. We rented two of the holiday homes. They were very beautiful and clean with a lot of space for all our friends. We did some bowling in the sporthotel and it was no problem to rent a sledge for our baby. We can recommend this Hotel and the holiday homes to other guest's a lot.

Highly Recommended Quiet location; large room; great breakfast and cozy bar! If travelling by car is not your thing, not sure if it could be a brisk walk to the hotel.

The personal was really friendly and always serviable. The room was very beautiful, clean, fully equiped, warm. Every day came cleaning personal. The view ist splendid. The location is 15 minutes to the city centre. The breakfast was great and complete. The restaurant was fabulous but the antmosphere was not so detense.

A great getaway stay for some quiet in the mountain forest. It was full of snow and fog when we stayed there but even then, we could see that it would be beautiful in summer. It's romantic in its rustic way. Lobby decor is very welcoming and feels like home. Room was clean (we had 2 beds + 1) and came with toiletries (no toothbrush) and clean sheets and towels for 3. We stayed from June 7th to June 12th, 2022. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and lovingly furnished. We immediately felt very comfortable. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and provided us with valuable tips regarding hiking trails and restaurants in Oberhof. The wonderful daily bread delivery service was an added bonus. We highly recommend this vacation apartment.

Die Pension ist fußläufig vom Zentrum entfernt. Das Einzelzimmer war zwar klein, aber für Kurzsaufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Es war sauber und alles da was man benötigt. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war überraschend vielseitig für eine Pension. Empfehlung.

We stumbled upon this vacation rental by chance and didn't regret it for a minute during our stay. The landlady is very warm and accommodating. We enjoyed it so much that we immediately booked another week's winter vacation and are already looking forward to it.
