A perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The wellness center is small but very beautiful. The cuisine deserves special mention – whether it's breakfast or dinner, it's simply excellent. It's an ideal starting point for hiking.

A very nice hotel with friendly service! We were there for our wedding anniversary, and they were very helpful with surprises. Otherwise, the area is quiet, the rooms are beautiful, and the breakfast is good. I haven't been this happy with a hotel in a long time :D

Enjoy the holiday and have a wonderful weekend. All this is accompanied by a very friendly and attentive staff. We love coming back when the pounds fall off.

Our whole family stayed at the Schlossberghotel. It's located in the city center. The room, pool, breakfast, and dinner were all excellent. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was ok. At the breakfast buffet, seating was limited. We found an unreserved open table. After about 5 minutes, two longer-stay guests asked us to move since they preferred to eat at our table. We refused since all of the empty tables were reserved. The staff sided with them and got very rude quickly. It was like a prison bullying scene from a movie. Outrageous situation - don’t go here.

The food and service were rather good for a really acceptable price. The environment in the restaurant is not that nice. Kind of dated and not very nicely decorated.

Nice hotel, clean and friendly staff. The breakfast was good and many choices of food.

The stay was fine but there was no fridge in the room and it not even very spacious. Heater was even not working in the middle of the night. Overall, good experience if these things get improve it will be much better
