Loved it We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We stayed on 4th floor which was recently added and the room was fantastic. View was stunning and we had everything we needed. It's very convenient to have a spa in a hotel! Breakfast was great (homemade Greek food)! Natasa, the receptionist, was very welcoming and super friendly. We will return!

Prior to arrival I had contacted the hotel as I had been concerned about the wildfires in Greece and later the floods. Communication was very good. Lovely little hotel Lovely little hotel not far from the centre of town and beaches. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. We enjoyed using the hotels spa facilities. The only thing that needs some improvement is the shower which doesn’t drain very well. Other than that, a pleasant stay.

The hotel itself is nice but I had to drop two stars for the following reasons: 1. With COVID-19 spreading I would expect more enforecment, the staff had their noses outside the mask and some of the guests did not wear a mask inside during the breakfast buffet. A wonderful experience!!! The location is stunning with access to beautiful beaches, restaurants and shopping. Hotel staff is accommodating and professional. Rooms are clean, comfortable and beautiful decorated. Sitting area in front of the hotel offers a great gathering place to enjoy the delightful evening experience of the area. A true gem.

When we arrived we were surprisingly upgraded to the maisonette which had two levels both en-suite and jacuzzi at lower level. We chose this hotel as our Honeymoon destination. We were not disappointed. The staff were attentive, kind and always willing to go above and beyond. The rooms were regularly made up and all public area were spotless. The room we had (Superior side sea view - 308) was beautiful and spacious. We loved it so much, we booked it for June 2026!!!

We Stayed at the Bourtzi for 10 days. Our first trip to Skiathos. Probably one of the best Hotels we have ever been to. All the staff are brilliant, so helpful. Nothing is to much trouble. Rooms are average nothing special , view from room was awful, overlooked a storage area for building products some type of dumping site for building materials. This hotel is beautiful and the staff are all great, nothing is too much trouble for them. Unfortunately, I ate something in the town and was very ill in my room. Christof was amazing.
