Personnel is much more professional now. Either they changed team members or they put some effort on their proper training.

The place is beautiful but that’s about it. We didn’t know you needed swim caps to get in pool. Not very friendly about that or anything else. Like a ghost town and average age is 80. Which is fine unless you have children like we do.

The therapy pools were relaxing, refreshing and immaculate, as was the entire property. The entire property was tasteful and refined. The staff were efficient...not warm, but fine. We will likely return, as this is an easy detour and break on a North/ South Roadtrip!

I am visiting Thermae Sylla for more than 15 years (first as couple then as family with 2 kids and now alone) and it remains fantastic. From facilities to services to people. It’s an all time classic. Always excellent. One of very few luxury values.

A wonderful experience!!! The location is stunning with access to beautiful beaches, restaurants and shopping. Hotel staff is accommodating and professional. Rooms are clean, comfortable and beautiful decorated. Sitting area in front of the hotel offers a great gathering place to enjoy the delightful evening experience of the area. A true gem.

The hotel itself is nice but I had to drop two stars for the following reasons: 1. With COVID-19 spreading I would expect more enforecment, the staff had their noses outside the mask and some of the guests did not wear a mask inside during the breakfast buffet. None of the staff told them anything. Additionally the bathroom seat kept falling and would not hold open. The shower is tiny and has no place...

The place is overall decent. The rooms are normal size but clean and the spa is regular sized but a bit dirty.

The hotel is run by fantastic family, who will make you fee taken care of and very special. Very helpful in every kind of situation. The best place to have a rest, reflection and gain the strength and good vibes for full year. Highly recommend to revisit annually 🥰

Nice wee hotel right in the Center of the town and near shops! Breakfast is really good and filling! The staff and owners are lovely and very helpful people! The whole experience was awesome! The location was perfect! The guys at reception are so kind and they were there for us everytime we asked for anything! Spa was so nice and relaxing! A little hotel with spa inthe center of Aedipsos,on the main road. The rooms are very clean,served every day,the breakfast choise i very good,dinner option is also very good.Nice and kind people,always ready to help you whotever you like,just to make you feel good and comfortable. The soa center is very good with jakuzi,termalbworm wather,profetional masagge,it is super,you will fill like newborn.

The owner was very friendly and upgraded our room for free. It was lovely with a balcony. The hotel spa was very nice with a sauna, pools, and massage beds. A 10 minute walk to the natural hot spring by the beach and a few minutes from a lovely bakery, a coffee shop, and restaurants.

The overall experience was great. We booked at the Calypso Beach Hotel for a weekend. The service was excellent and the location was more than satisfying. My only recommendation would be to have a small renovation for the rooms to be more consistent with the rest of the well decorated shared spaces. From value for money perspective was an excellent pick.

The location is reasonable, suitable for business trips, and the hygiene is okay, but there are too many mosquitoes. Surprisingly, there was no one in the hotel when I checked in. It was said that it was a holiday, and it took many coordinations to get it fixed.
