Personnel is much more professional now. Either they changed team members or they put some effort on their proper training.

The place is beautiful but that’s about it. We didn’t know you needed swim caps to get in pool. Not very friendly about that or anything else. Like a ghost town and average age is 80. Which is fine unless you have children like we do.

The therapy pools were relaxing, refreshing and immaculate, as was the entire property. The entire property was tasteful and refined. The staff were efficient...not warm, but fine. We will likely return, as this is an easy detour and break on a North/ South Roadtrip!

I am visiting Thermae Sylla for more than 15 years (first as couple then as family with 2 kids and now alone) and it remains fantastic. From facilities to services to people. It’s an all time classic. Always excellent. One of very few luxury values.

This is a family management hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is the centre of Aidipsos and you can find everything you want nearby. The only disadvantage is the bar in front of the hotel which plays loud music until the 2 o’clock. If you close the windows the music is almost affordable especially if you have small childrens. Plus: Modern, clean, spacious, light room, comfortable large bed, excellent location above the town's coolest bar. Great value for money Minus: a few basic things were missing (like a glass in the bathroom, spare toilet paper). There are no mosquito nets on the french doors (you need them). Maintenance is not the best so wear and tear is showing. Bottom line - I'd stay here again quite happily

The hotel is well placed for getting to the Eot baths and to the sea baths. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast in the roof floor is very good too. In short, this hotel although not luxurious, it certainly represents a good value for money.

The whole experience was awesome! The location was perfect! The guys at reception are so kind and they were there for us everytime we asked for anything! Spa was so nice and relaxing! Great little Hotel next to the beach and the hot spring

A little hotel with spa inthe center of Aedipsos,on the main road. The rooms are very clean,served every day,the breakfast choise i very good,dinner option is also very good.Nice and kind people,always ready to help you whotever you like,just to make you feel good and comfortable. Loved it We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We stayed on 4th floor which was recently added and the room was fantastic. View was stunning and we had everything we needed. Prior to arrival I had contacted the hotel as I had been concerned about the wildfires in Greece and later the floods. Communication was very good. Lovely little hotel Lovely little hotel not far from the centre of town and beaches. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. We enjoyed using the hotels spa facilities. The only thing that needs some improvement is the shower which doesn’t drain very well. Other than that, a pleasant stay.

The hotel itself is nice but I had to drop two stars for the following reasons: 1. With COVID-19 spreading I would expect more enforecment, the staff had their noses outside the mask and some of the guests did not wear a mask inside during the breakfast buffet. This hotel was so great! The facilities were clean and the hotel was in a great location. The owner George was very hospitable and he helped organize a lovely celebration for my younger sibling’s birthday. This is a great hotel to stay in Loutra.

Very clean and spacious room, in a family owned, pet friendly hotel near Edipsos' public baths. Stuff was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed for three nights in mid October, would definitely stay there again.

The overall experience was great. We booked at the Calypso Beach Hotel for a weekend. The service was excellent and the location was more than satisfying. My only recommendation would be to have a small renovation for the rooms to be more consistent with the rest of the well decorated shared spaces. From value for money perspective was an excellent pick.

Excellent hotel. Big rooms, sea view (side sea view), rich breakfast and most importantly Artemis helpful in everything I asked her! I highly recommend it and it is suitable for all ages!
