The room had a weird smell, probably from the dated wallpapers or the dirty curtains. I can't tell.
The breakfast buffet was horrible. Very low quality, no big selection, tasteless cappuccino.
There was only one elevator. Imagine a big hotel, full of seniors, with only one elevator to use. The waiting was more than long.
The staff were ok. The cleaning ladies were kind, a bit unorganized as well. The lady at the reception was the definition of rudeness. Unable to do her job correctly, but with a big mouth that would strike over and over again.
