The services were nowhere near what you would expect from a spa charging such high rates. The treatments felt rushed and unprofessional, with little to no attention to detail. The overall atmosphere lacked the serenity and luxury that a proper spa should offer.
To make matters worse, the breakfast was just as bad—bland, low-quality food that was clearly not fresh.
