We arrived quite late, but received such wonderful hospitality. Our room was clean and well maintained, the staff were endlessly helpful and kind to us. The town of Agia Pelagia is very nice, beautiful beach, good selection of shops and restaurants, and only a short walk from the hotel. It is also a good place to use as a base to explore around Crete by car.

Wow, I can’t rate this hotel high enough! I don’t know if 10 stars could justify how could this place was. Although I was travelling alone, the staff at the hotel were so accommodating, the boys recommended me places to see and go to. The traditional Greek food was amazing, and the small town of Agia Pelagia was beautiful. I will definitely be back to visit in the future.

The rooms are like in the picture, modern with comfortable new beds and modern 3-piece bathroom, with walk in shower. The view is fantastic from the balcony and there is a brand new Tesla air conditioning. The hotel was clean and our room was ready even when we arrived early. Staff was extremely kind and accommodating. The views were amazing and the distance to the beach was perfect(no more than a 10 minute walk). This place is fantastic. The owner the family so helpful. The appointments are very very clean. Nothing is to much for them Location perfect. Veiw outstanding. We stayed here with 4kids aged from 7 to 18. The apartments are ideally located -supermarket and car hire opposite, cocktail bar and cafe nearby and both main beaches 300m away. It takes about 5 minutes to walk down to the main beach and tavernas. The apartments are a generous size, fully equipped and comfortable-met our needs completely. The apartment block, although well taken care of, was a bit old fashioned. We stayed there for a night and we were asked to pay upfront. The apartment was clean, well equipped, big, with cooking appliances and a new clotheshorse. Getting to the breakfast, it was very poor with minimum choices. I think they can do better :) All and all a nice stay and friendly staff, but not that much value for money

Comfortable renovated apartment ideal for a long stay. Joyfull staff and polite! Very good location. Relaxation by the pool and beautiful see! Great value for money. Second time we visited the hotel and we had an even better experience. We felt like family!

My daughter and I got a taxi to Agia Pelagia yesterday morning, it was raining but when our hotel a couple miles away rang us a taxi they didn’t warn us of a possible storm. Within 5 mins of arriving we realised that our plan of using a brolly, pottering around looking in gird shops would soon change for the worst. We visit this hotel with my friend next week and we had a wonderful time. The service was perfect with friendly staff and rooms are very big with seaview . You can relax in the pool with a coctail in your free time. The bathroom was very nice. All in all, would stay there again and would recommend it.

It was very spacious. Our apartment had 3 balconies, one of them was really big with two sunbeds. The apartment was only about 100 metres from the beach. Also the restaurants and shops are very close to it. The communication with the staff was very good.

Very nice and very clean. We would love to come back.
