Just returned home from a week on our honeymoon. We stayed in an Aqua marine suite with a sea view. Room was spotless, staff very friendly on arrival. But no recognition they we were staying for our honeymoon, even though our travel agent advised them beforehand. So a bit disappointed. Also we had asked for a sunny balcony. But no sun whatsoever. It seemed that most of the rooms don’t get any sun...

A great stay The room and pool were really clean and the staff were really helpful and attentive. We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious.

Magnificent property with spacious rooms all with magnificent views of the Mediterranean sea. Great breakfast, dinner @ Cremos restaurant for dinner was great. Another restaurant in the resort at Acro suites would be nice. Location was a bit remote if you wanted to eat away rom resort. Spa facilities were exceptional

We stayed here with 4kids aged from 7 to 18. The apartments are ideally located -supermarket and car hire opposite, cocktail bar and cafe nearby and both main beaches 300m away. The apartment block, although well taken care of, was a bit old fashioned. We stayed there for a night and we were asked to pay upfront. The apartment was clean, well equipped, big, with cooking appliances and a new clotheshorse. Getting to the breakfast, it was very poor with minimum choices. My daughter and I got a taxi to Agia Pelagia yesterday morning, it was raining but when our hotel a couple miles away rang us a taxi they didn’t warn us of a possible storm. Within 5 mins of arriving we realised that our plan of using a brolly, pottering around looking in gird shops would soon change for the worst. We first sheltered in a gift shop called Aura, watching cars and debris being swept...

We visit this hotel with my friend next week and we had a wonderful time. The service was perfect with friendly staff and rooms are very big with seaview . You can relax in the pool with a coctail in your free time. The bathroom was very nice. All in all, would stay there again and would recommend it.

The hospitality in this hotel was incredible, everyone was so welcoming and friendly! Would definitely recommend if you want a relaxing and peaceful holiday break with close shops and restaurants.

This is a perfect beach hotel apartment. The pool areas are very nice and quiet. The food service is excellent. The staff are extremely friendly. The hotel is conveniently located next to all the shops and restaurants. It was the perfect location for our first trip to Agia Pelagia.

We enjoyed our stay at Seascape a lot. A very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The appartment had everything we needed. Beach and restaurants all within walking distance. Pool was great and the staff was very helpful. Cocktails were amazing too. The SPA facilities are a plus. Prices are reasonable. Free parking was a great bonus as well. It was a nice pleasant place to stay. The hotel has several buildings, and depends on the room you get, you may have a sea view, just like we did. The room is clean. What I didn’t like was that the electricity only works with the key card from reception. One inconvenience is that once you leave the room, the power also goes off for the fridge. The breakfast is repetitive; there isn’t much to eat apart...

After reading some previous reviews we were pleasantly surprised. We arrived late and reception wasn’t open but easy to follow instructions on location of our key and we found our rooms. The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The pillows were the best!! We slept so well. Breakfast had everything to set you up for the day. Fruit, yoghurts, pastries, breads, cereal, omelettes, fried...

The staff was very confident and knowledgeable. Anytime anything was needed. If they didn’t know the answer immediately they would research and get back to us. They care about the Hotel and they care about the clients. It was extremely wonderful to stay at this property and we will definitely go back in the near future. We must say that the property was immaculate and perfectly clean.

Quiet, but with a wonderful restaurant and the most beautiful views

A good hotel overall, front of house can be a little "funny" sometimes but overall I would recommend this hotel. It's a nice quiet location close to a lovely little beach which is separate from the hotel. Down a hill (as the hotel is situated on a cliff) but its not a bad wonder down regardless of other reviews. It was very spacious. Our apartment had 3 balconies, one of them was really big with two sunbeds. The apartment was only about 100 metres from the beach. Also the restaurants and shops are very close to it. The communication with the staff was very good.

Very nice and very clean. We would love to come back.

I can't recommend Pennystella Apartments enough. Our stay there really was almost perfect. Wonderful owners and staff, great food, lovely pool and super apartments. Such a joy to wake up every morning with the view of Agia Pelagia bay, have a dip in the pool then either have a lazy day by the pool or head out to enjoy Crete. The apartments were great. We only stayed here for two nights and we liked it, but we wouldn’t stay here again, because we didn’t love the area. The hosts/owners are extremely welcoming, kind and friendly people. We didn’t love the location of the hotel because we ended up not liking the area of the island that much compared to the west side, and the hotel is also located at a busy road. There’s plenty of parking available...

Absolutely incredible hospitality!! Multiple shots of raki from the owner, and small ceramic fish as souvenirs. Although not staying in the apartments, I can only imagine they’re to the same incredible level as the bar service! Seriously considering staying for our family visit to Crete next year, and cannot stress enough how wonderful the service was! Would 100% revisit as many times as possible.

We had the pleasure of discovering Pennystella’s for dinner whilst in Agia Pelagia. Overall excellent experience! Stella was so lovely and went above and beyond to make our time memorable. From the complimentary shots of raki, to the homemade tzatziki and cake for dessert, the service was just incredible. Not to mention the amazing views, we would recommend this place!

Outstanding villa in the hills. The location and the apartment were both outstanding. Our host George was excellent. He was always helpful and readily available. The beach was nearby as were many restaurants. Our room was clean and a good size. The pool was beautiful with amazing views.

We had a nice, clean room, with really little but clean bathroom and balcony. The beach is really close, so are shops and supermarkets. Owner and his daughter were really nice and helpful. Our room was situated to the main street so there was a lot of noice coming from it.
