Ammon Zeus Luxury Beach Hotel in Kallithea

Initially impressed visually on first impressions. That was quickly forgotten by the charges added to the tourist tax, even though used a card with no fees.. it seems the hotel slap an extra charge on. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived so had some lunch at the pool bar with friends..again fees added to our bill. Very disappointing Finally our room was ready, we had upgraded to sea view.. and what a view it was, although disappointed with the lack of storage space and who doesn’t put charging points beside both bedsides tables? Didn’t bother unpacking due to lack is space Disappointed on how small the bathroom Was and when you used the walk in shower more water ended up outside the shower on the bathroom floor.. also plug didn’t work in sink Could have done with bigger bath sheets, very sml. No robes provided either. had to contact reception to come a fix the safe, which was a swift and speedy remedy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant dinning area , wasn’t much seating area inside , as with friends had to sit outside.. all being the hotel had covered the area with temporary walls to make into a room. However this room was very cold we had to eat our food wearing our coats.. was offered a blanket by the hotel staff. Which came in handy to use as a cushion for the plastic kitchen chairs used in the restaurant. Food was Luke warm & required a few mins in the microwave, you had to ago a member of staff to do this as it was in the kitchen. Huge queues for the 2 coffee machines at breakfast. Again very cold at breakfast in out door seating area.. overall disappointed and wouldn’t visit again

Nice Person ( Maria and Ervin by Spa ) Poor Buffet Boring location So many Restaurants and Shops close Beautiful Beach Cold weather in October No indoor Pool Maybe better in Sommer Boring for Kids
