Anassa Suites in Leptokaria

Excellent place - comfortable, spacious, with parking slot ensured, kind attitude, clean and we were very welcomed. Our daughter received special and extremely kind attention, everyone was smiling and welcoming - the stay was extremely pleasant

as a family with 2 twins’ babies, this hotel was ideal for us. Big rooms, they clean every day, nice balcony, near to the beach. But most of all, excellent service, and hospitality from all staff from thsi hotel. Special thanks to Stefan and Yasmina for helping us with kids :) :)

The hotel is very nice, and very clean.
I would like to say that breakfast is strange. Not to many varieties and somehow is forcing you to eat what they want. The only choice that you can make is how to have your eggs. It's not a buffet and you pay 8 euro/person.

As a family of 5, we have been in many hotels in Pieria region but this one is definitely our best experience. I liked everything - big modern room, playground for the kids, close to the beach. They even gave us welcome package and gifts for the kids

In general, the villa is new, and everything looks good. What is good: - The location is near the center and the city beach, around 50m - Rooms are spacious (25kvm) and have everything inside that you need - They clean the room and change sheets every day - They have a garage and parking near the building - They have an option for breakfast What is not good: - Even though this is not the main street, it is loud. You need to keep windows open; people are going through all night. Also, at 6:15 a.m. every morning, a very loud garbage machine is cleaning here for 10 minutes. You cannot sleep then. The garage is only 1.85h in height, so only some cars can park inside. - Breakfast is prepared, and the packed is in a box and brought to the room; different stuff is not optimal. - In high season, the beach is full, so it's better not to go there but to other beaches.

Beautiful hotel, very close to the beach, shops, cafes, ice cream. All services excellent, ground floor apartment was very spacious, clean, with comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and polite. We were in Leptokarya for the third time, but the accommodation at Anassa Suites was the best. If we come next time, we will definitely stay in this hotel

Wonderful stay at a wonderful property! The suites are clean and modern, have every accommodation you could think of like fridge, plates, coffee. Nice parking area but also great street parking when not busy. The view is stunning both ways from the balcony. The staff are very friendly and welcoming! It is in the heart of the city near the beach so there are lots of shops and dining all around. I very much enjoyed my stay here and will stay again whenever I come back!

Right across the beach and close to all the restaurants. We were there in the beginning of season and the town was very quiet and peaceful :) we had the most perfect room with a balcony to the ocean and also the bed had a huge window overlooking the ocean where you can see the sunrise straight from the bed :)

Very pleasant surprise. The building has been renovated, and the rooms look brand new, modern and clean. The beach is just across the road, and along it you can find dozens of restaurants.

I booked a double room with mountain view and a balcony. The room was equipped with a televition, air conditioning, a stocked minibar, coffee & tea station, wrapped hand soap and two types of shampoo/conditioner, like a 5-star hotel.

I checked in late, and woke up to a nice view of Mount Olympus (although this town is not the closest to the mountain).

Breakfast is excellent, and is very diverse considering the fact that it's all served to your table. It includes eggs, bacon, sliced vegetables and fruit, fresh bread, cheese, ham, honey, jam, cereal, milk, hot drinks, juice, and a cake (!).

Three tips for future visitors:
1. The entrace is from Kanari alley. The location indicated on Google Maps is actually the BACK of the building.

2. Guest parking is right in front of the entrance, on Kanari. Ask the staff for the gate pass code.

3. Check-in is done in the Olympos *Hotel* building, across the street from Olympos Suites Apartments.

I missed this last tip during early communication, and had a bit of a scare arriving at the Apartments building late at night to find an empty reception desk. It would be a good idea to post a note telling guests to go to the other building.
However, the reception clerk immediately came over when I called the number, and the whole staff was very nice and pleasant.

Definite recommendation from me, top accomodations and service!
