This place has some bad reviews but not from me , very clean and tidy overall , room was just perfect , clean , kettle and fridge what else do you want . Close to the strip but far enough away , staff very friendly , all in all very good base .

Visited this hotel for the week. Had to say it was one of the best experiences staying that this hotel all staff were for kind and welcoming want to thank Leah and Maria for making the stay very pleasant.

Came here for a week for the lads holiday. Leah is a mint chef and better at making Strawberry Mojitos, Maria could burn a salad but can let her off coz she’s sound. We spent a load of time in the pool with everyone in the hotel. The ice coffee in the morning to fix you up is recommended

I was there before season kicked in but had a pleasant stay. Not on main drag or beach but only a short walk.

Toni is absolutely great and a wonderful host. Kavos isn’t the best but the stay makes it up for it. Clean and beautiful.

Excellent rooms and amazing hospitality. The rooms are very close to the sea and if you prefer you can go to the swimming pool. Simply amazing we will definitely visit it again.

Just leaving from a lovely 8 days at Toni’s. Apartments are lovely and calm and of a high standard. Toni is extremely helpful and has given wonderful advice on trips and places to go and best Ways to do them. Many thanks your hospitality has been much appreciated x

Toni's guesthouse is an excellent place to stay , just off the end of the strip , 2 min walk to strip and 3 min walk to the beach. Surprisingly quiet with a guest only pool. The owners are superb and very relaxed, well run and highly recommended.

15 wonderful days, thanks also to the hosts to whom I thank for their patience, for the help in any advice to visit the best places, to rent a car, places to dine. I recommend to everyone, especially to families with children, they are very, very clean, they take great care of the pool area where you can find clean towels every day. Well located and easy going property

I loved the place. Chris was the most helpful and responsive host ever and I do travel quite a lot, believe me. He gave me really good recommendations on nearby tourist gems. The place was everything I could hope for: quiet, well equipped, lots of parking space, nice restaurant nearby, a couple of minutes walk from more touristy shops and places. Very good host, quiet place perfect for relaxing. Spacious balcony where you can stay during the night and you can consume food and nice view. Center of Cavos 10min on foot. The room is big and comfortable. The host was willing to help with almost everything. I suggest it to everyone who is looking for these features

We stayed 4 nights. It’s 10-15 minutes walk from the center of Kavos, especially difficult during hot hours, but very calm and silent. We could drink coffee in our room (capsule, mocca pot and filter coffee machine in the room). It felt very modern and new, well cleaned. Chris answered out questions right away and gave us great tipps. Thanks!

Very comfortable beds, a big jacuzzi outside for 6 people, and very friendly staff! Our deluxe king studio was freshly renovated with modern touch. The backyard is spacious surrounded by hammocks , a new jacuzzi and a big barbecue which we used in the afternoon after the beach. The accommodation is very close to the hidden gem of South Corfu, arkoudilas beach. Overall a great experience!

Best place to stay whether you are traveling for party holidays(main party area 10 min walking) or searching for a place next to the seaside to chill

We had a lovely time here. The owner is verry nice and friendly and wants to think about tours/rent car and stuff. We stayed for 3 nights so the hotel wasn't busy, but the service was perfect, very comunicative people and always smiling. Food is tasty and in not bad prices. Pool and the area around looks lovely. Beach is not the best, not like on the west side of Corfu, but at least is very close to the hotel. Rooms are ok, vacations are not for staying in the room like some people says. Stayed here for 3 nights in April and were treated like royalty! The staff are so attentive and kind. They went above and beyond every step of the way. They were so helpful and knowledgeable on excursions and local activities. The pool area was a great relaxing spot to hang out and read. Restaurant food was delicious.

Fabulously friendly place to stay. The owners are very accommodating and so friendly. Other guests were fabulous and the accommodation was fairly basic but very clean and comfortable with thoughtful touches. Absolutely amazing place to stay. Stunning location, our room was fabulous. Staff were very friendly and very hard working. Sunbeds on beach were the most comfortable that we’ve ever used. This apartment is super. It's directly at the sea with pool. They have breakfast and lunch if you need and pool bar. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Everything was ok. and the employees are kind. It's near to the main street of Kavos, so you can eat or do shopping in 2 min.

The beach in front of the apartment is really clean and the staff is really good. We only used their beach bar and pool but it was really nice. The prizes are good and the coffee is great. I love that they have a good wifi connection so you can use it at the beach. Love it!

Overall fine. The downsides are the meagre breakfast and the beach, which is not very attractive, but cleaned daily by a staff member.

Very comfortable Appartement complex in the center of Kavos, but a bit away from the main road, so it's not noisy or loud. The best part is it's located with direct access to the best part of the beach, which is get cleaned daily. The waters are shallow for at least 50 meters, good for kids and non swimmers. Also the water adventure and fun floating complex is just beside. The team at the reception...

We just relaxed at their sun beds. The room was just meters to the shoreline. At night is very quiet and relaxing. Staff very focused in service. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishes, storage, etc.
