Hotels with sea view in Kavos

this was an unexpected service that island provided and it was greatly appreciated. All staff including cleaners and receptionist and all bar staff went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as it was

The downside of the stay is the beach wood steps that follow to the sand are not very sturdy and my mates foot got caught in them and was injured, the staff need to replace the steps

The Hotel is exactly as advertised and photographed and is exactly on the beach and very central to the strip. Would most definitely book in to island again when we return to Kavos

All staff were really friendly and spoke with us a lot throughout our stay making them very pleasant to deal with. Even entertaining us in the bar on a rainy day in kavos

We had an great time staying at island beach. Great services provided with a 24hr bar. We stayed in the annex apartments which were clean and a good size

They do various themed things at nights and the greek night is a must do. Corfu town is 90 mins away and bus service is limited at times so check it out 1st but all in all it's a great place to stay

It’s reasonably priced and compares well with the restaurants and bars in the village,but what makes this place,is the staff Penny and her team are very helpful,friendly and nothing is too much for them, in fact talking to the other guests,many of them have been there several times previously, and I would certainly stay there again,

This hotel is a little gem , ok it’s not the most luxurious hotel,but that is made up for by the service, the food and the location , the rooms are comfortable,clean ,air conditioned, and do the job to sleep and do ablutions etc

We ate there every night as for 15 euros they do a fantastic buffet meat pasta veg etc etc something for everyone a bargain and tasty too. Cannot fault all the staff as they are excellent

Very relaxed atmosphere perfect hotel for a decent budget and for those not wanting to be in the heart of party town kavos it's just a 15 minute walk away but hotel is far enough away for peace and quiet also

Me and my boyfriend (in our 20’s) had a lovely time here at Mediterranean blue. The location was great with the beach being about 500m away from our room

Great place to stay Ive been a return visitor and love going back often twice a year. The staff a great the rooms are clean. Its about a 20 min walk to kavos town so never noisy

We had a wonderful stay at Fardini Seaside Hotel. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The owners were friendly, professionals and always happy to help with anything we needed

Rooms are exactly as described and the beach is great ,quiet and private , There is a pool but we spent everyday in the sea. Bar is really nice and relaxed ,perfect for an evening drink ,and the food is excellent

If you fancy a meal out ,try skaltsounis at st peters beach ,or roussos in kavos, but get out of kavos before all the clubbers come out ! Bus Stop just outside will take you to lefkimmi ,go in the evening to the river side

The studio had everything you need for a vacation. Towels were changed on the next day, the sheets were clean, it had a terrace. I'm giving 4 stars out of 5 only because we had two separated beds

We couldn't connect them together because of the position of the mirror and the cabinet beneath it. Maybe it was my mistake because I didn't pay attention when making the reservation

The booking stated that it was located in the center of Kavos, while upon our arrival we discovered that it was more than 1 km outside the town

We also would have been prepared to pay a supplement to get some different wines on occasion, so perhaps that is something the management could consider. We travelled in October at the end of the season

Cocktails at the poolside bar were good, with indoor and outdoor seating

The staff were without exception, excellent - always smiling and positive, and couldn't do enough to help, all managed by Christina - by the end of the week there we were made to feel like family! We took an excursion to Corfu town one day - you can buy tickets next to the supermarket about 150 yards away from the hotel - transport was by minibus, dropping us at Corfu Town at about 12, and picking...

The renovation has been very tastefully done, and no expense has been spared - the furniture and beds are of good quality, and the rooms are well equipped with hairdryer, iron and ironing board, coffee maker and kettle and flat screen TV

A note here - Netflix is available, but it doesn't accept the cheapest Netflix subscription with adverts, so either upgrade your subscription before you go, or use a firestick for other apps like we did! The food was very good - it's a small hotel of about 60 rooms, so obviously there isn't a huge choice like there might be at a bigger hotel, but there were always 5 or 6 options of main meals, and...

It's hard to find anything to criticise about the Cabo Hotel - the only comments are that there could be clearer markings on the steps on the pathways and also in the pools, but this may be corrected by next year when they re-open

The pool was clean and there was always plenty of sun beds as well as on the beach. And the man at reception who I assumed owned the hotel would come and help groups to find seats close to each-other

All of the staff were very kind and helpful especially Billy “the best” who checked us out. We also paid for the aircon which was €49 for the week which is not bad considering the extra cost of electricity

A budget friendly site, for sure, however the service we received in our two weeks here was incredible. Nothing was too much bother, the poolside food and drinks were amazing and everyone was so kind

Honestly the hotel was way better than expected don’t be fooled by the bad reviews on here. The room was really nice and the housekeeping staff emptied the bins and changed towels and gave toilet paper every day

The location was also really good as we were close to the strip but generally didn’t hear any noise except for the night of the paint party which was in the hotel but it wasn’t too late

I just stripped the bed in the days I wanted the sheets cleaned and they did it. The only issue was a weird smell from the drain in the floor but it was fine if you opened the window

Hotel Erofili is one of the cleanest and most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the bed is also comfortable

Sunbeds - free for the hotel clients, super maintained, leather, with their logo on it, love them Umbrellas - super easy to use mechanism by rolling a knob - Pavement was a beige alike marble, not too hot in the sun , very clean - the garden is a master piece here, everything is watered and healthy, i love it - the 2 rooftop terraces were awesome super nice and clean decorated with a lot of plants...

Super nice ladies both of them, always smiling always saying hi hello have a nice day and so on I loved them both for their behavior and all The cleaning ladies were super nice also, i ve got to meet them only in the lobby but as you know actions before words, as they cleaned even my cup of coffee in the morning although this was a surprise for me as i did not expected that, always a 10 for them...

I can recommend here the Mousaka and the Chicken Souvlaki. Drinks - did not tried alcohol here but during my swimming pool sessions, the must-try are the smoothies. We tried all of them and all taste extraordinary

Renting vehicles is pretty cheap though so I'd definitely recommend this place. If you're a couple looking for a relaxing and quiet vacation, this is the perfect place

Everything you need in a perfect location close enough to the bars and restaurants but tucked away for a quiet night sleep. Towels and bedding changed every 3 days. Housekeeping staff are lovely and pleasant

It’s an hour’s drive from Corfu airport and the old town, but the journey is definitely worthwhile. The staff are incredibly helpful; one of them assisted us in booking a last-minute cruise

Very friendly staff they make us feel like home. Rooms were very clean and the view was something else. All day we were relaxing in the pool sunbuthing and drinking cocktails. During our stay the weather was amazing

There is not a lot to say about Koulouris Beach!!!! This is the place to be if you want to have a break away from all... Fantastic people, great view, amazing views. Definitely recommended!!!

Walk straight on to the beach from the pool area, all shops, restaurants etc only 4 mins walk along the beach, I would only stay room only in future as cheaper to buy food as and when required

Have to pay for tea/coffee or the continental breakfast (2 rounds of toast with butter and jam) juice and tea or coffee. Pick one dish from a set limited choice menu

When my partner and I were heading to the hotel we noticed bad reviews…however when we got there we realised they are all wrong! The place is amazing and the staff are wonderful always trying to make your stay the best

The hotel is located in the centre of the strip with great access to the clubs, bars and restaurants. The staff we found to be the best were Kristi and Theo who are always kind, funny and make you feel welcome

But if just chilling by the pool is your thing then the hotel pool is spectacular plenty of sunbeds and shade and a beach less than 5 minutes walk from hotel

The rooms very comfortable, but strange the sink is in the bedroom and not in the bathroom with the shower

what can i say its gets better every time we come amazing place amazing hard working staff ,hotel spotlessly clean room was juat what we needed comfy clean an good balcony food is next level out of 10 days i only ate away from the hotel for 2 meals xx the nights are really good an brings everyone togetherfamily feel all at a reasonable price cant fault anything i love it x

great location on the beach albeit the beach isn’t nice. Location is great less than 5 min walk to main areas. Rooms have 3 full size beds not a sofa bed

My stay was unreal here at Utopia, I was there for a week and I had the best time. The staff and cleaners alike were friendly and attentive. The Hotel itself was perfect, on the beach front, excellent pool and very clean

We ate at the pool bar a few times and can honestly say the food there was better than some of the restaurants we visited. Have to say the lovely beautiful lady Jo that works the bar definitely made our stay a 10/10

Very friendly Nikos is a great host, and not just out for for your money!! Popped in here a few times for a change of scenery, probably the cheapest bottle of Mythos on Corfu? Always friendly, always welcoming, chatty, he had a BBQ on the go one one visit and provided us with a tast of the local sausages - great!! The Pool table was avaiable free of charge too

Shame the pool wasn't in operation, however, you can walk to the beach from the bar, and stop off at Niko's brothers restaurant (we ate here a few times). Sky Sports on big screens are available with Euros, etc

After stopping by panos bar on route to kavos, we ended up visiting the bar most nights - Panos is the best!! The cocktails were great and reasonably price, and the bar always felt safe and friendly

Panos was amazing, giving us advice on all the best spots to visit near by and making us feel welcome the whole holiday. Would definitely recommend visiting if you’re in the area!

Its next to Hotel Capo di Corfu where we stayed. We visited this bar every evening. Really good and reliable Drinks and free Billiard. Even there are three Tv's for Sport Games

The rooms are very clean and spacious. I have really enjoyed my time at panorama complex they have some of the best staff in Kavos that make you feel like you are at home

The cleaning service was lacklustre, they did come every day however the sheets were not changed from first night and you will need to replace your loo role after you just the first few provided

The first thing that hit us was the amazing view, never seen a view like it, sea, mountains it was so picturesque! Our balcony was opposite so we awoke to that every morning! First kavos panorama complex is the same hotel as Miami sea view. The hotel is small but the pool and bar are the right size for the hotel, eg there were plenty of sunbeds

For a party holiday the location is perfect, around a 4 minute walk to the strip yet far enough away that you can actually sleep at night if you want to! However there are lots of steps to get to the rooms

And, as someone else wrote, there's a night club 15 meters away, having fun with the volume of the speakers. But if you stay up all night it's no problem as you'll go to sleep after they've closed!

But, there was no Wi-Fi in the room so I had to struggle with my Wi-Fi hotspot, also the refrigerator in the room was very loud so I disconnected it. The shower was too basic, no wall mount for it

Great service, it was a pity to leave, the owners create the amazing atmosphere. On the one hand, a beautiful swimming pool, and on the other, a beach with access to the sea and amazing sunrise sun

The sea doesn't get deep right away. You can drink your drinks and relax by the pool. There is a stove and kettle and sufficient equipment. The lady who cleaned our room is also already kind

Superb Me and my friends found Seaside Resort to be one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a hotel. Michael and Evie were extremely accommodating and made us feel very comfortable

We left our breakfast dishes to wash later. When we got back to the room, it was already washed. I will definitely come every year. I feel like in a palace for such an affordable price. Thank you to the hotel owners
