Hotels with beach in Kavos

Never experienced anything like this, really spoilt the whole trip considering we had literally no other options, felt like the hotel had opened too early in the season as we were hoping for out of season or just beginning of the season but not a ghost town being trapped in the hotel (we even did our research before we travelled)

I came back to Cavomarina Beach Hotel after 2 and a half years, carrying some difficult memories and hoping—quietly—to rewrite my story with this island that has always meant so much to me

Normally the plus option is just for branded drinks but not here this is also so limited to the time you can use the all inclusive, so if you don't pay even more you only have all inclusive between 12noon and 9pm

Food had a good selection but many lunches/evenings the meals were missing labels so you sometimes had no idea what it was, nice salad selections and grilled food outside. The snacks were very limited (see pic)

Room and the whole hotel was very well cleaned by the housekeeping staff and if you are looking for a room with your own swim up plunge pool request room 113 as all the other swim up pools are communal

We had literally no choice but pay the extra to upgrade to all inclusive as there was nowhere open in the area when we arrived (few shops started to open by end of our week stay)

Nice hotel complex on quiet place with several small 2-floor buildings, 2 swimming pools and narrow beach. Friendly staff, very good and varied cuisine. We really enjoyed the stay with 2 years old daughter.

The pool has got to be one of the biggest in Kavos with sea and mountain views. Just perfect! There is a small supermarket just a few minutes walk away and Kavos is about a 15 minute walk away

Considering the price to stay here, I don't understand what others are complaining about. The hotel definitely deserves a better rating. Yes, the hotel is old but that is shown in the photos

Yes, it's in Kavos which you know before booking. Yes, you have to pay for air con which you also know beforehand. This is the case for most small hotels in Greece

A perfect balance between relaxation and being able to easily go out. And finally, a big mention to Spiros! Our favourite bartender who really made our holiday!

A beautiful and well-designed hotel right by the sea. Spacious, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. The beach bar completes the experience, making the stay truly memorable.

The downside of the stay is the beach wood steps that follow to the sand are not very sturdy and my mates foot got caught in them and was injured, the staff need to replace the steps

Dimitri is a fantastic host and really looked after us during our stay at the beginning of October. He helped arrange our boat trip and gave us some great ideas for our time in Kavos

Pool is a little dated with the stairs to the pool falling off but the beach is not even a minutes walk and you can chill there on the sun beds! If you are wanting luxury this is not the place but for a budget hotel it was as good as can be!

The Hotel is exactly as advertised and photographed and is exactly on the beach and very central to the strip. Would most definitely book in to island again when we return to Kavos

We had an great time staying at island beach. Great services provided with a 24hr bar. We stayed in the annex apartments which were clean and a good size

We stayed in the ‘beach house’ and it seemed very private and quiet. The room was spacious and clean but the bed was a little uncomfortable for me, very firm but some prefer that so probably just me being picky

Me and my boyfriend (in our 20’s) had a lovely time here at Mediterranean blue. The location was great with the beach being about 500m away from our room

Has two pools a small games room pool table tennis and its own small beach etc

It’s reasonably priced and compares well with the restaurants and bars in the village,but what makes this place,is the staff Penny and her team are very helpful,friendly and nothing is too much for them, in fact talking to the other guests,many of them have been there several times previously, and I would certainly stay there again,

We went on a boat trip to paxos and antipaxos which was brilliant would definitely recommend and a bus trip to Corfu town which was great too! Overall had a lovely holiday here, would definitely come back but we want to explore more of the island ☺️

Very relaxed atmosphere perfect hotel for a decent budget and for those not wanting to be in the heart of party town kavos it's just a 15 minute walk away but hotel is far enough away for peace and quiet also

Great location!! Right on the beach and a 5 minute walk from the Strip. Highly recommend Lemon Grove if you’re coming to Kavos. Besides the money you save booking here is more money you can use on your holiday! Win/win

The beach & sea are also right there as is a watersports place if you want some thrills. Kavos town, shops, eateries & bars are all within an easy stroll but you're just on the edge of it so don't get the noise

right in front of beach, just be careful if you taking car as the road to hotel is quite narrow but car can be easily maneuvered. Hotel manager was very helpful we got the room with 2 balconys

It's good here. Very funny barman. Good location at the end of the beach.

Great location, literally on the beach, small walk to much wider beach Rooms basic, but we weren't expecting much, used as a base, when you walked to the main road, and turned immediate right, we were lucky to have 1 of the cheapest supermarkets in the resort

Had the place to ourselves in the mornings pretty much as all the party goers in bed. But even in the afternoon everyone was chill and respectful. No nonsense taken by staff over noise at night

We had an unforgettable stay at the Sandy Beach Complex in Kavos and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome – they truly couldn’t do enough for us

Friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, they really made the experience special. The pool area was lovely – clean, relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind in the sun

The hotel was fantastic with excellent pool and proximity to sea. We stayed in the beach house which had great views. The house its self was basic but clean and comfortable

The hotel is really close to the ***** (about 10/15 mins walk) and has an amazing bar, pool and beach area. No complains at all!! Loved it

The bar area was just as great, with a good selection of drinks and a laid-back vibe that made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The food was a real highlight – delicious, fresh, and with something for everyone

The beach has its own clean sand, the next 100 m below the knee for children, paradise

Capo Di Corfu is a wonderful hotel & we enjoyed 3 separate holidays in 2024 & chose Capo Di Corfu. The location is ideal with beautiful panoramic views

The layout is very spread out in beautiful gardens & no block is more than 2 storeys which gives a very open feeling. The gardens are well looked after with beautiful shrubs

This is the man you want taking care of your children / pool areas so you can relax as a parent. Very friendly when you take the time to talk with him (when he’s not keeping an eye on your kids)

The rooms are very cosy, well maintained (don’t understand the negative reviews myself), all creature comforts… beds are subjective, ours was very firm which didn’t help our joint paints / slept on our backs

Rooms with outdoor areas and a terrace. Very kind owner who is always available to accommodate any request. An ideal place to stay for a few days in peace with beautiful beaches nearby

He even kindly gave us a lift to nearby beaches which was so generous :) Also makes great cocktails! The hotel itself is very well maintained and was lovely to relax by the pool

The hotel is at a great location, it offers a peaceful residence and a pleasurable beach right outside your front door

The room was cleaned every day, fresh towels were delivered. I would highly recommend it for the price you pay!

I can only say positive things, everything is clean and functional, the ambiance is wonderful and very pleasant, as is the owner who helped us with everything we needed and it is very important to him that everyone feels comfortable here

The rooms are clean and i suggest you take your breakfast at the balcony, that offers a remarkable view. I have stayed many times in Amelia's Garden Hotel, and i will certainly visit again

Thanks to Theo I found The Cheerz bar and didn't miss a minute of the football throughout my stay. I would highly recommend for all but especially female solo travellers as I was made welcome and extremely comfortable

Pool area was spotless and a rigourous cleaning routine t 6. 30pm every evening ensured it stayed that way. The staff at reception were very friendly and informative. Restaurant suggestion were on point

I was not at the hotel much as I prefer beach over pool, however whenever I was at the hotel ALL the staff were lovely

Krista was ready on the steps awaiting me, took my bags and carried to my room after a very efficient check in. The rooms are great value for money and incredible clean

We had such a wonderful stay! The whole team was absolutely lovely ,very welcoming, funny, and always helpful. They truly made us feel amazing from the moment we arrived to the moment we left

The studio had everything you need for a vacation. Towels were changed on the next day, the sheets were clean, it had a terrace. I'm giving 4 stars out of 5 only because we had two separated beds

We couldn't connect them together because of the position of the mirror and the cabinet beneath it. Maybe it was my mistake because I didn't pay attention when making the reservation

The booking stated that it was located in the center of Kavos, while upon our arrival we discovered that it was more than 1 km outside the town

Everything you need in a perfect location close enough to the bars and restaurants but tucked away for a quiet night sleep. Towels and bedding changed every 3 days. Housekeeping staff are lovely and pleasant

Additionally, there are numerous souvenir shops, restaurants, and bars in the vicinity, making it a great spot for nightlife; there’s also an aqua park and beach close by

It’s an hour’s drive from Corfu airport and the old town, but the journey is definitely worthwhile. The staff are incredibly helpful; one of them assisted us in booking a last-minute cruise

The port is located just 20 minutes from the hotel

Basic and simple room- everything you need, can get to whatever temperature you would like with the AC, has a hairdryer, pool is beautiful and spotless clean, sunbeds are the comfiest ones ever, breakfast is amazing- you chose from a menu and also get a plate with pastries and cakes on, and choice of a juice and coffee or tea, there is a TV, bar is open 24/7 (bit pricey), not far from shops or the...

My stay was unreal here at Utopia, I was there for a week and I had the best time. The staff and cleaners alike were friendly and attentive. The Hotel itself was perfect, on the beach front, excellent pool and very clean

great location on the beach albeit the beach isn’t nice. Location is great less than 5 min walk to main areas. Rooms have 3 full size beds not a sofa bed

Few minutes walk from the beach and Kavos centre. Parking available but ideally to book from beforehand. Very welcoming host and helpful. Breakfast can be booked at 8euro-limited selction

Best location. Right on the beach. Excellent service. Joy at the bar goes above and beyond to keep the customers happy. Spiros is super accommodating and gives helpful recommendations. Love Utopia!

Hotel with good position on the beach. Staff was always very nice and helpful, breakfast tasty.

We ate at the pool bar a few times and can honestly say the food there was better than some of the restaurants we visited. Have to say the lovely beautiful lady Jo that works the bar definitely made our stay a 10/10

Very friendly Nikos is a great host, and not just out for for your money!! Popped in here a few times for a change of scenery, probably the cheapest bottle of Mythos on Corfu? Always friendly, always welcoming, chatty, he had a BBQ on the go one one visit and provided us with a tast of the local sausages - great!! The Pool table was avaiable free of charge too

Amazing ! I ate one of the best fish in my life in this restaurant ! 🥰The fish is fresh and cook perfectly! I’m very picky with fish usually but the fish I had in that restaurant was perfect

Shame the pool wasn't in operation, however, you can walk to the beach from the bar, and stop off at Niko's brothers restaurant (we ate here a few times). Sky Sports on big screens are available with Euros, etc

After stopping by panos bar on route to kavos, we ended up visiting the bar most nights - Panos is the best!! The cocktails were great and reasonably price, and the bar always felt safe and friendly

We ordered grilled fish, fried aubergine and the house wine and loved all of it! Personally, I’ve traveled to well over 50 countries and this was my first trip where I went to the same restaurant twice in just a few days

This is a beautiful traditional Taverna with the best stifado and souvlaki we tasted in Corfu. Prices are very reasonable. So welcoming with amazing friendly and caring service. See you again soon.

Excellent rooms and amazing hospitality. The rooms are very close to the sea and if you prefer you can go to the swimming pool. Simply amazing we will definitely visit it again.

Toni's guesthouse is an excellent place to stay , just off the end of the strip , 2 min walk to strip and 3 min walk to the beach. Surprisingly quiet with a guest only pool

The owner of the guest house is really nice he showed us where are the best beaches and all the places you can visit with the scooter. The apartment is very nice. No complaints

I recommend to everyone, especially to families with children, they are very, very clean, they take great care of the pool area where you can find clean towels every day

Just leaving from a lovely 8 days at Toni’s. Apartments are lovely and calm and of a high standard. Toni is extremely helpful and has given wonderful advice on trips and places to go and best Ways to do them

weather was around 24 degrees & staff friendly. The views from the hotel overlook the sea & mainland Greece. Beach close by but not very nice

Went to this hotel with friends and we were all very impressed, room were basic but very clean, was impressed with the smart tv, shower had good pressure but was quite small, beds were firm but comfortable and spacious

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was plentiful, the pool was fantastic, and the rooms were exceptionally clean! Elsewhere, three stars are much weaker than this! Thank you for your hospitality.

All the staff were lovely and professional, the night manager was very polite to us just asked us to keep the noise down when coming in late but we never had no attitude or rudeness from him

Overall our whole group gad a great stay at thus hotel and was impressed if I could change anything it would be the wasps and mosquitos lol but don't think the hotel can do much about that

I stayed in these studios for 4 days. And i really enjoyed it! The room was clean and plenty of space. The staff was so friendly and it has a perfect swimming pool. I recommend this apartment to everyone, people!!!

I stayed in this studio with my family for one week. The rooms are very clean in a really nice location! The staff is very helpful and we felt very comfortable! We had a lovely time and we totally recommend it :)

We booked this mini break not realising Kavos was know as young and lively resort and as we are of the older generation we were really anxious about this holiday and even considered cancelling it but can honestly say we are glad we didn't

As a solo traveller seeking peace and tranquility, Seafront Apartments was exactly what I needed. I stayed for nine nights of pure rest and rejuvenation, and it truly exceeded my expectations

The area itself is so beautiful, with its own private beach and bar/outdoor lounge were so peaceful to relax at

We just relaxed at their sun beds. The room was just meters to the shoreline. At night is very quiet and relaxing. Staff very focused in service. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishes, storage, etc.

It’s so clear you can see little fish following your footsteps! I stayed in a double studio on the ground floor, facing the family-run taverna attached to the accommodation

The backyard is spacious surrounded by hammocks , a new jacuzzi and a big barbecue which we used in the afternoon after the beach. The accommodation is very close to the hidden gem of South Corfu, arkoudilas beach

It’s 10-15 minutes walk from the center of Kavos, especially difficult during hot hours, but very calm and silent. We could drink coffee in our room (capsule, mocca pot and filter coffee machine in the room)

Very good host, quiet place perfect for relaxing. Spacious balcony where you can stay during the night and you can consume food and nice view. Center of Cavos 10min on foot. The room is big and comfortable

The appartement was very well stocked with all necessary amenities. This is my second visit and would definitely return. A quiet location but not far from local restaurants and bars

The place was everything I could hope for: quiet, well equipped, lots of parking space, nice restaurant nearby, a couple of minutes walk from more touristy shops and places

The team at the reception and bar is young, friendly, helpful and quick, the coffee and cocktails at the pool of on the beach are delicious! If you need a great and convenient accommodation in Kavos you can't go wrong with Ammos!

Ammos apartments is the right choice if you choose to enjoy peace, relaxation, cleanliness. Here you will find a swimming pool, a neat beach, a nice bar. The staff is very kind and friendly

The beach in front of the apartment is really clean and the staff is really good. We only used their beach bar and pool but it was really nice. The prizes are good and the coffee is great

The best part is it's located with direct access to the best part of the beach, which is get cleaned daily. The waters are shallow for at least 50 meters, good for kids and non swimmers

Overall fine. The downsides are the meagre breakfast and the beach, which is not very attractive, but cleaned daily by a staff member.
