Hotels with beach in Kavos

We had an great time staying at island beach. Great services provided with a 24hr bar. We stayed in the annex apartments which were clean and a good size

The downside of the stay is the beach wood steps that follow to the sand are not very sturdy and my mates foot got caught in them and was injured, the staff need to replace the steps

The Hotel is exactly as advertised and photographed and is exactly on the beach and very central to the strip. Would most definitely book in to island again when we return to Kavos

Pool is a little dated with the stairs to the pool falling off but the beach is not even a minutes walk and you can chill there on the sun beds! If you are wanting luxury this is not the place but for a budget hotel it was as good as can be!

this was an unexpected service that island provided and it was greatly appreciated. All staff including cleaners and receptionist and all bar staff went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as it was

All staff were really friendly and spoke with us a lot throughout our stay making them very pleasant to deal with. Even entertaining us in the bar on a rainy day in kavos

So nice atmosphere there, so beautiful! Stuff is extremely friendly! Pool and it's area is perfect! Private beach is also good! WiFi is not available in rooms but it is very good near the beach, so no problem) We would definitely recommend this place in Kavos, it is calm and peaceful, other hotels are very noisy due to the parties ;) this one is not, it is actually great!

So far the best Hostel, Hotel and Place we ‚ve been to in Corfu! Such a welcoming and cool owner (couple)! Also, they have the nicest pool and chill out area + a private Beach Spot in their Backyard

Great service, it was a pity to leave, the owners create the amazing atmosphere. On the one hand, a beautiful swimming pool, and on the other, a beach with access to the sea and amazing sunrise sun

Family run, Freda, Paul & Billy are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely pool with floats to use which the kiddies loved. Short walk down to the beach which had some sunbeds, hammocks and shade

The beach area had hammocks and loungers and spectacular views down the coast and across to the mainland. Great value place to stay without being in Kavos itself

The beach area was a bit spoilt by all the seaweed washed in by a storm but to be honest we didn’t need it with such a lovely pool

The beach has its own clean sand, the next 100 m below the knee for children, paradise

Capo Di Corfu is a wonderful hotel & we enjoyed 3 separate holidays in 2024 & chose Capo Di Corfu. The location is ideal with beautiful panoramic views

The layout is very spread out in beautiful gardens & no block is more than 2 storeys which gives a very open feeling. The gardens are well looked after with beautiful shrubs

This is the man you want taking care of your children / pool areas so you can relax as a parent. Very friendly when you take the time to talk with him (when he’s not keeping an eye on your kids)

The rooms are very cosy, well maintained (don’t understand the negative reviews myself), all creature comforts… beds are subjective, ours was very firm which didn’t help our joint paints / slept on our backs

We stayed in the ‘beach house’ and it seemed very private and quiet. The room was spacious and clean but the bed was a little uncomfortable for me, very firm but some prefer that so probably just me being picky

Me and my boyfriend (in our 20’s) had a lovely time here at Mediterranean blue. The location was great with the beach being about 500m away from our room

Kavos town is about a 10 minute walk which there’s loads of shops, bars and restaurants, we ended up walking back on the beach most times it was lovely

This is by far the best holiday experience we have ever had without exception. Very clean and tidy room, two pools to choose from as well as a private beach

It’s reasonably priced and compares well with the restaurants and bars in the village,but what makes this place,is the staff Penny and her team are very helpful,friendly and nothing is too much for them, in fact talking to the other guests,many of them have been there several times previously, and I would certainly stay there again,

very good place to stay. clean, renovated, sea view rooms, pretty big swimming pool, close to city center with all restaurants and bars. 3 mins walk to the beach ⛱. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Hotel Erofili is one of the cleanest and most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the bed is also comfortable

We hired bikes for one day at €15 each, but really only did this so we could go to Arkoudilas beach. You get provided with pool towels at no extra charge, which was a bonus

Towels and bed linens are changed frequently. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom. Just a few meters from the hotel, there is a bar and pool area. The pool is very clean and well-maintained

Sunbeds - free for the hotel clients, super maintained, leather, with their logo on it, love them Umbrellas - super easy to use mechanism by rolling a knob - Pavement was a beige alike marble, not too hot in the sun , very clean - the garden is a master piece here, everything is watered and healthy, i love it - the 2 rooftop terraces were awesome super nice and clean decorated with a lot of plants...

Plus if you walk down to the beach and go left, you can walk yourself along the shoreline and get to some of the water activities really quickly

Everything you need in a perfect location close enough to the bars and restaurants but tucked away for a quiet night sleep. Towels and bedding changed every 3 days. Housekeeping staff are lovely and pleasant

Additionally, there are numerous souvenir shops, restaurants, and bars in the vicinity, making it a great spot for nightlife; there’s also an aqua park and beach close by

It’s an hour’s drive from Corfu airport and the old town, but the journey is definitely worthwhile. The staff are incredibly helpful; one of them assisted us in booking a last-minute cruise

Basic and simple room- everything you need, can get to whatever temperature you would like with the AC, has a hairdryer, pool is beautiful and spotless clean, sunbeds are the comfiest ones ever, breakfast is amazing- you chose from a menu and also get a plate with pastries and cakes on, and choice of a juice and coffee or tea, there is a TV, bar is open 24/7 (bit pricey), not far from shops or the...

It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality! And the food… is simply amazing! Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. It really added to the whole experience

The staff were so welcoming and lovely. You can tell they look after each other well which is lovely to see. The rooms were clean, which is what I look for always

the rooms are simple but very well kept being cleaned well daily and provided fresh towels. the shower is a bit basic but had no issues with water temperature or pressure

When my partner and I were heading to the hotel we noticed bad reviews…however when we got there we realised they are all wrong! The place is amazing and the staff are wonderful always trying to make your stay the best

My stay was unreal here at Utopia, I was there for a week and I had the best time. The staff and cleaners alike were friendly and attentive. The Hotel itself was perfect, on the beach front, excellent pool and very clean

Few minutes walk from the beach and Kavos centre. Parking available but ideally to book from beforehand. Very welcoming host and helpful. Breakfast can be booked at 8euro-limited selction

Best location. Right on the beach. Excellent service. Joy at the bar goes above and beyond to keep the customers happy. Spiros is super accommodating and gives helpful recommendations. Love Utopia!

Hotel with good position on the beach. Staff was always very nice and helpful, breakfast tasty.

We ate at the pool bar a few times and can honestly say the food there was better than some of the restaurants we visited. Have to say the lovely beautiful lady Jo that works the bar definitely made our stay a 10/10

right in front of beach, just be careful if you taking car as the road to hotel is quite narrow but car can be easily maneuvered. Hotel manager was very helpful we got the room with 2 balconys

We paid cash so if you haven;t paid in advance please be ready for cash payment. ATMs, food point are at walking distance. Pool is included in the hotel and also you can do sports activities

Shame the pool wasn't in operation, however, you can walk to the beach from the bar, and stop off at Niko's brothers restaurant (we ate here a few times). Sky Sports on big screens are available with Euros, etc

Private Beach for customer, nice food and incredibly welcoming staff. A nice place to go if you want to chill with friend or children.

Very friendly Nikos is a great host, and not just out for for your money!! Popped in here a few times for a change of scenery, probably the cheapest bottle of Mythos on Corfu? Always friendly, always welcoming, chatty, he had a BBQ on the go one one visit and provided us with a tast of the local sausages - great!! The Pool table was avaiable free of charge too

After stopping by panos bar on route to kavos, we ended up visiting the bar most nights - Panos is the best!! The cocktails were great and reasonably price, and the bar always felt safe and friendly

The rooms are very clean and spacious. I have really enjoyed my time at panorama complex they have some of the best staff in Kavos that make you feel like you are at home

The cleaning service was lacklustre, they did come every day however the sheets were not changed from first night and you will need to replace your loo role after you just the first few provided

Budget accommodation that won’t disappoint. Went for a week with some friends & had a great time. The owner George is such a kind man who can not do enough to help you

For a party holiday the location is perfect, around a 4 minute walk to the strip yet far enough away that you can actually sleep at night if you want to! However there are lots of steps to get to the rooms

Love it here made to feel like family and staff can't do enough for you would recommend as can be seen as a quiet part of kavos but also right on the doorstep if you want the nightlife

First kavos panorama complex is the same hotel as Miami sea view. The hotel is small but the pool and bar are the right size for the hotel, eg there were plenty of sunbeds

Advantages: right on the beach,in the center of the city, clean rooms, nice people disadvantages:Air conditioner costs 8 euros a day noisy location poor breakfast small shower.

Nice bar, lots of seating (was low season) and the beach directly connected to the hotel. Didn't try the food but I've heard it's good

And, as someone else wrote, there's a night club 15 meters away, having fun with the volume of the speakers. But if you stay up all night it's no problem as you'll go to sleep after they've closed!

But, there was no Wi-Fi in the room so I had to struggle with my Wi-Fi hotspot, also the refrigerator in the room was very loud so I disconnected it. The shower was too basic, no wall mount for it

Clean room with hot plate air con kettle and fridge bar area serves food and drinks. Staff are excellent. Facilities always clean and tidy

I stayed in these studios for 4 days. And i really enjoyed it! The room was clean and plenty of space. The staff was so friendly and it has a perfect swimming pool. I recommend this apartment to everyone, people!!!

I stayed in this studio with my family for one week. The rooms are very clean in a really nice location! The staff is very helpful and we felt very comfortable! We had a lovely time and we totally recommend it :)

We booked this mini break not realising Kavos was know as young and lively resort and as we are of the older generation we were really anxious about this holiday and even considered cancelling it but can honestly say we are glad we didn't

You can easily walk into the sea and the bar and sunbeds are really all you need for a great holiday. Moreover the owners are really friendly and hospitable and make you feel welcome immediately

The team at the reception and bar is young, friendly, helpful and quick, the coffee and cocktails at the pool of on the beach are delicious! If you need a great and convenient accommodation in Kavos you can't go wrong with Ammos!

Ammos apartments is the right choice if you choose to enjoy peace, relaxation, cleanliness. Here you will find a swimming pool, a neat beach, a nice bar. The staff is very kind and friendly

The best part is it's located with direct access to the best part of the beach, which is get cleaned daily. The waters are shallow for at least 50 meters, good for kids and non swimmers

Overall fine. The downsides are the meagre breakfast and the beach, which is not very attractive, but cleaned daily by a staff member.
