Best Hotels in Poros

Although the hotel has the best island location the overall look and feel, service and mood does not do it justice due to the attitude of the beach employees and the extra charges to hotel residents

Nice hotel We booked a double bed but had two separate singles, pushed together which was disappointing. Beautiful views though and everything was good quality

Lovely hotel - incredible views. That's what makes it so unique. Breakfast was nice too. In general it felt like the hotel was well looked after and welcoming.

Poros getaway We loved the place, the staff , views, semi private beach nearby.. Taxis into town were only 5 Euros. We would definitely stay there again

Amazing location, breathtaking views and best service. For such a beautiful spot, the only problem is their washrooms. Very tiny when sharing, the poor person sitting on the loo will get their knees crushed by the door

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel We spent 3 nights in Poros. Probably the nicest hotel on the island. Overall good facilities, restaurants and beautiful private beach which is a huge plus

Excellent location, very helpful staff, exceptional service at the reception desk. It was quiet with a nice beach. On the negative side, breakfast was rather poor

The sea was crystal clear, with the option to enter either from the shore or from the pier, which we really enjoyed. A special thank you goes to Konstantina at the beach, she made our holiday even more memorable

Perfect place. Quiet and calm. The staff is friendly. There were 14 days in September, the beach is pebbles and sand, always clean. The sea is clean and calm. Lots of free places. Level service.

Wonderful hotel and extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Need to mention Armani, Xanthi, Mary, Stefanos who went overboard to make us and our little one feel comfortable and welcome

Rooms clean - would do with an upgraded in the bathroom though, breakfast very good and fairly priced and restaurant food was excellent

We'll be back Poros! The outside space was stunning at Hotel Pavlou. Decor and outlook was very picturesque

Food was very good, generous portions and competitively priced. Julia was friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. The hotel foyer and corridors were modern + clean. The rooms were tired and old looking

However, they were functional and it was all about outside. We would definitely stay again, despite it being a 30 minute + walk from the port. Being beachside was more convenient than being in town

Location was top, one of the best on Poror. Room was little bit oldfashioned but clean also the bathroom. Owner gave us special discount cause we are regular. Very satisfied .

Nice looking building with good clean rooms. We had 3rd floor room having big balcony with great view (but all lover level rooms do not necessary have as great view)

Rooms have kitchenette equipments but did not had corck screw neither even bottle opener?!

This was my third visit to Poros and the Golden View Hotel. Comfortable stay in clean and friendly surroundings. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good although the same each day

The rooms are spacious and well equipped, but as someone already mentioned, no kettle. The food in the restaurant is as good if not better than most of the restaurants in the village

The room and all the public places of the hotel, were clean, very comfortable. The pool is amazing, and the kids loved the pool and the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Poros island

The hotel location was ideal - right on the beach and the water was warm even early October - around 24C. The room was spacious and clean and we had asked for a room with sea view, which was fantastic

It took us 20 minutes by foot to walk to the main village/port and by taxi it only took us 5 minutes

We visited Poros during Christmas Holidays. The hotel is at a great location by the sea just 1km from the center. It combines excellent quality at low prices. I would definitely recommend it for any time of the year

Excellent family run apartments. They make you feel so welcome. Brought us refreshing lemon drink and food on arrival after a sweaty trip on the ferry. Beautiful views from the balcony

The Villa Irene is as described. A good room with a balcony, shower, air conditioning and fridge. Everything I needed for a week in Greece on my own

Personally I love going to Poros even during winter time that is more quiet but still very enjoyable due to the natural beauty of the island!!!

The reception was manned in the weekend evenings and could be contacted by phone at anytime. They were helpful with my questions

The photographer used on the website is excellent. The room was very disappointing and our bathroom looked nothing like any of the photos. There was a constant smell of frying

I stayed at Cascade last week and had such a good time! Eleni and family looked after us so well and we had the best time relaxing by the gorgeous pool

The owners are bloody brilliant, the location is spot on, the food was amazing - try the Mojito and the Greek Salad ! Albeit small and basic with no frills, the place really is great value for money and so welcoming!

Had a wonderful stay at this resort. The staff were so friendly and hospitable. beautiful accommodation in a stunning location on the beautiful island of Poros. 5 mins walk to selection of shops and restauarants

About 10 mins stroll from the restaurants and bars. Swimming pool was kept nice and clean and offered sun loungers for chilling out and reading. Breakfast offered hot and cold food, with pastries and bread

Visited Poros with friends and we had the most wonderful stay at Cascade. This lovely family run hotel has so much charm and the owners really welcomed us and made us feel like family

Didn't stay in the rooms or had the food so comment on either but enjoyed cocktails as the sunset in front of us Reasonably priced well made cocktails, the best Bloody Mary I have ever had

Really helpful and friendly team work at this wonderful little hotel just on the outskirts of the main drag. The room was AMAZING with great sea views. But what makes it so special are the people who work there

We had a room with sea view so we could enjoy the sunset from our bed. The bed was really comfortable. There is also a fridge in the room

The location is just super (just a walk away from the tavernas, city center, super market where you can buy water and the Kanal beach)

With a small bar on the ground level, you can get food or drinks

I recommend this 100% for your stay at Poros. You will not want to leave your hotel!! Even if you want it is so close to the centre of Poros you can walk it. Great place, best vacation ever!

All the hotel staff are amazing, friendly, and accommodating. So much food for such a low price. A few broken latches and such here and there throughout the room but nothing major

There’s a kitchen, a good bed, a beautiful view, friendly staff, it’s clean, it’s close to the beach and it has stores within a walking distance. I stayed there for eight nights and had absolutely no problems

Was a great, quiet, quaint place to relax. Has a great view from the balcony, and if you don’t mind walking to the pier (abt 25 minutes), great options for a variety of different things

The view across to Galatas is wonderful , peering into all the super yachts as they moor! The breakfast choices were pretty limited but that was the only minor issue

This hotel is in a top location, overlooking the lovely Poros harbour, a minutes walk from all the shops, cafes and excellent restaurants

The front desk staff at this hotel is incredible! He was so very helpful providing maps & activity ideas & allowing me to store my luggage until my ferry left & change clothes in the rest rooms

This was a perfect location right at the port in Poros & my room had a fantastic view over the water! Lovely staff at the hotel too & great proximity to bars & tavernas.

Really enjoyed our one night stay. Room 125 on same level as the reception desk. Lovely balcony directly across from lots of boats and the water. On the Main Street at the water. Small but nice bathroom and great shower

Exceptional! That’s undoubtedly the most accurate description for our stay at Christine Studios. The room was huge, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The beach is just a block away

Place looks lovely, white buildings with lots of nature and plants, the lady at the reception will greet you with a big and warm smile and some fresh and tasty lemonade, always being available to help you if you need anything

You receive a little shell bracelet that you can place on your door handle to allow the staff to clean your room and change towels, it's a small detail which I personally really liked

The location is very near Askeli beach which has some reasonably priced bars and restaurants and there is a local supermarket and bakery very close by

Parking spots are conveniently available there too. Coffee bars, restaurants, a bakery and a grocery store are within walking distance from the hotel

The breakfast is the best we've experienced on Poros and in addition to the guests staying there we saw others dropping in for coffee and a chat making it a lovely sociable experience - the views are amazing and in the evening the rooftop is turned into a cocktail bar which is popular with both visitors and pours residents alike

This hotel is in an excellent location and has an amazing roof terrace. This is where you have breakfast but at night it becomes a very trendy cocktail bar and restaurant

The view is fantastic! Breakfast is really good with fresh orange juice and bacon and eggs as well as a great selection of homemade sweet and savoury options
