Terrible Experience – Nothing Like the Pictures I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The accommodation was nothing like what was shown in the pictures — they were clearly outdated or completely misleading. As soon as we arrived, it was obvious the place was poorly maintained, dirty, and far below acceptable standards for any type of lodging. The cleanliness was appalling. The floors were dusty, surfaces sticky, and there was a general feeling of neglect throughout the entire space. In 7 days, not once were the bed linens changed. Towels? We had to wait 5 full days to get clean ones — after repeatedly asking. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially when you’re paying for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. The bathroom tap was broken from day one, making it difficult and frustrating to even wash our hands or brush our teeth properly. We reported the issue several times and were continuously told someone would come to fix it — they never did. Clearly, guest comfort and maintenance are not a priority here. On top of that, the staff was unfriendly and dismissive. Anytime we raised a concern, they acted as if we were bothering them. No apology, no urgency, no care. It’s one thing for things to go wrong — it’s another to be treated poorly while you’re trying to have a peaceful holiday. This was a complete letdown and a total waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of better options out there where at least basic hygiene, maintenance, and respectful service are guaranteed. Avoid this accommodation if you want to actually enjoy your stay.

Tragic experience. Tragic!!!!! We had a reservation for three days prepaid. In two days we left. We couldn't last a single day in this shack. Old and broken furniture. Plumbing broken. The bedroom toilet was not functional. The toilet door wouldn't close. The water pooled in the sink. The cistern was not working. If someone found a way to pour water into the basin it would run down onto the floor and the whole bathroom had an incredible sewage smell. The result was that even in the middle of the night we had to go down to the ground floor toilet at the risk of falling because the staircase had narrow steps and its wooden handrail was literally in the air. In front of the stairs they had a trunk that was missing a leg and was leaning, as a result blocking half the exit from the stairs, an extremely dangerous piece of furniture, in case someone needs support. And we go to the toilet on the ground floor... A globe with a visible cable acted as the lamp. The basin had to be marked up to what height the person who would use it had to be. A man with a height of over 1.75 was hugging the wall in front of the basin with his legs.!!! When I complained to the reception girl about the situation, she said... "I can't do anything, talk to booking com!" Later he promised to send a plumber. Of course no plumber showed up. We are crying for our money (492,****,50 municipal tax) and our peace of mind... It goes without saying that there are videos and photos for what I am writing.

Situated not far away from the crowded and noisy north side of Kassandra, at the top of a slope with a magical view of Sithonia Peninsula and Gulf of Toroneos this is an ideal place to stay for your vacations. Everything is close within 30min drive unless you wish to drive 10-15minutes more, to visit Sani or Kallithea which is OK. So, this is a 5 star location place. However, once you get into your room, you'll immediately notice that it was left to the ravages of time!!!! Bathroom: very high to get into, short people and kids may need a ladder. All the water from the shower was dropping out on the floor as there was no door or something to prevent the water from coming out. A shower curtain is just 5-10 euros for God's sake to install! Coming out of the shower was like walking on a swimming people and had to be very careful as the floor was slippery. Elecrtic Spots: A broken socket to plug a hair dryer was a point of danger for an electric shock!!!!! There was only one mains plug in each room for your needs. A small Kitchenette as described before booking is nowhere near a Kitchenette. It's just a refrigerator with a kettle hidden in the wardrobe. Beds: Still in use since the 80's. Mattresses: Certainly over 15-20 years old. Need replacement. Sleep was OK but not comfortable. Pillows: Need replacement A/C: Need maintenance. Curtains: Dirty and hanging from their place. Could not be adjusted easily to hide external light from coming into the room. Need replacement. Doors and Windows: Need maintenance or replacement. Veranda: Dirty. Tables and chairs need replacement Closets: Broken Shelves: broken TV: Still looking for the remote control!!! Swimming Pool: OK. Clean. Sunbeds: Dirty. Need replacement. The personnel tried to do anything to help, but they couldn't as there were only three of them, all ladies, one of which was the cleaner. Only one lady to clean all the rooms!!!! I feel very sorry for them, as they are employees to run the businiess of a useless and irresponsible owner. Restaurant: Excellent food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is a t least the biggest con of this hotel. A message to the owner: Fix your business to return and recommend it. To all others interested: It's up to you if you prefer location over services or the other way around. You cannot have both unfortunately.
