Truly disappointing. I attach also some photos, and FYI the black stain on the bathroom tiles...is mold.
Maybe couple of years ago was fine, but you will see that on booking in the last period has many bad reviews and for all bad reviews the owner replies with a discount issue or missing payment etc. Chose wise!
The hotel is really bad and if you are considering a stay, let me tell you our experience.
We stayed for 4 days out of 7 in total.
3 out those 4 days we were without electricity for more than 3 hours each time. After a lot of talks and my involvement a person will come to fix it, but then it brews down again really easy.
You are instructed by the hotel not to use the stove & the boiler for the shower at the same time.
The above is just an example, you actually can not use any utility in the room together with other item.
FYI - All of this is happing to a family with a baby that is 5 months old. I needed to spent 1 hour each time the electricity goes down talking of the phone with hotel staff to sort our recurring problem and every time they were very reluctant to switch our room.
The staff is polite, but 100% unhelpful since they are not allowed to make any decisions.
The room and everything inside of it is really old and overused, so it breaks down easily.
Furthermore, when we asked (in advance) for a change in a 2nd room dates that we were renting for a another family the hotel confirmed that there is no issues to do it, when in really our friends were charged for the initial reservation full price.
I was lied bluntly by the hotel and they end up charging fully the second room.
On the 4th day after another 3-4 hours without electricity, we said enough is enough and left both rooms. We could not take it anymore.
In summary Sueno beach hotel broke the vacation of 7 people Greece.
