An excellent hotel, great breakfast, nice pool. The hotel is at the centre of a beautiful place, just 100m from the beach. The host is a very nice man, always with a smile on his face.

It’s verry close to the beach and it’s in the centre of asprovalta you have a lot of shops and restaurants you can also walk 15/20 min to the other city neavrasna or you can take a play train. Very nice service and internet. The breakfast is also nice

We had a lovely stay at the hotel! Kostas is a fantastic host and tries to make it a truly relaxing stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, everything is clean and well taken care of daily. The breakfast was tasty and we did not miss anything. The greatest part is that it's truly a pet friendly hotel and we did not face any additional costs nor frowns when we went there with our two dogs. We loved it and can't wait to come back.

I can’t believe! I’m 48 years old, and I’ve never seen this attitude before.
We came to the hotel, waited at the reception like 8-10 minutes. No one was there. I had to go to the toilet. I found one in the middle of the corridor while my wife was still waiting at the reception. When I turned back, there was a guy yelling at us! He was saying “Get out of my hotel! You can not use the toilet unless you check in!” He was serious. He was so rude, he was really rude! Please stay away from this hotel!

The rooms are clean, everything is a little bit outdated but enough. The owner of the hotel, Kostas, is however an extraordinary man who conquers the hearts of his guests. We stayed only one night on the way to Turkey but it turned out to be one of our most memorable stays.

The hotel as far as I can see is 4 * and there is no reason for it. First double room means obviously no more than 12 m2 the furniture is from the 80s, not maintained, dirty and torn. Absolutely no amenities NOTHING. It's not even cozy. The whole hotel is full of mosquitoes and there is nothing to stop them. We can't open the balcony door because there is no mosquito net. Not to mention food. Every day for dessert watermelon and fish you should not think. The skewers from one dinner turn into soup for the next dinner. Pasta only cooked even without oil - for pigs that have already paid. The iron does not work, the TV is 25 years old. a total tragedy at all. THIS IS NOT A 4 * HOTEL AND A COMPLETE HOLE
