Location - calm, cosy and so relaxing! Small beach, right by the garden (no street, just few steps down!) No big hotel right nearby. No loud clubs nearby, but shops and restaurants in a walking distance. Perfect place.
Rooms - always been nice, but after renovation it is almost like 4 star hotel (beds are amazing now!).
Clean - yes! The cleanest hotel ever.
Hosts - amazing people. If anyone wrote something else, I believe they never even talked with them.

Nice place for holiday, the garden is full of olive trees, great for kids. I recommend it.

Talking about value for money. Polite hosts ( we got e bottle of home made wine on check in), decent facility, great great views from the first floor (all rooms faces the sea).
Missed the protection net for the mosquitoes and sunbads on the beach ( no hotel on that beach has ones though). Recommended!
