We were 5 people traveling, a bunch of light sleepers, snorers and energetic kids. So we were happy to find on the Ouzas hotel website the "executive family apartment with 3 separate bedrooms so everyone could get some sleep and privacy ("double bed in one room , 2 single beds in second room and 2 single beds in the 3rd room"). The problem was, this apartment that we booked via their website doesn't exist. What you get is 1 double bed in one room, and 4 beds in another room, with no "separation" to speak of. So we ended up having rough nights with too many sleepers in one room. When we brought up that legally, this is a "contractual breach" where travelers get 20-25% compensation, the owners tried to gaslight us, saying "this is the 3 bedroom apartment!", complained that we "negotiate prices" and pressed us to decide quickly if we want to move out (there was nothing free in the town at the time).

Very bad behaviour from the owner. We traveled 500km to the village just to realize that our booking was cancelled after 3 emails that it was everything with the reservation is ok. We tried to contact him a couple of times but he never answered the phone. Very disappointed and we aren't going to recommend that place.

Large, family friendly rooms. Cleaned every day. Large, variety of breakfast. Close to ťhe beach, the city or the shops. Friendly, hands on staff. Large kitchen incorporated to the room. Everything you would need to cook.

Superb, close to the beach, store on the ground floor, it's a pity that in 2021 I didn't manage to make a reservation. Too bad it was gorgeous.

Excellent location 40m from the beach, grocery store on the ground floor! TV, air conditioning, terrace, kitchenette and fully equipped kitchen! Free parking 50m from the location. Cleaning once every two days. Owner very ok without disturbing the customers! Great location at this price!
