Better than average katerini beach hotel. The staff was pleasant and easy to deal with. Air conditioning and elevator worked well. Breakfast is a bargain at 8 euros. Had a balcony from which to people watch

I just spent few nights at this hotel and sure it has good and bad sides (or better say things i personally didn't really like). So the best thing is location. It's in a middle of everything and right on a beach

Very good position near the beach and main street. The sunbench price is 3€/day, drinks cost extra. Beach service is average, and compared to the previous one /Costa/, it's a change for the worse

Kindly stuff, clean sandy beach, rooms and pool. There exist refrigerator and small TV. All rooms have balcony (piece of garden), table and chairs. This place is ideal for children and family!

Food is ok 👌 not bad for this price, to bad is the food just half bord not full bord. Lunch time you must improvised, when room be repaired I give 10 star for this place

The hotel is family friendly, in a quiet area, close to the beach. The food was great, tasty and the fruits were fresh. The experience of interacting with the staff there is probably one of the best I had so far

If you’re visiting Katerini, I highly recommend the Cosmopolitan Hotel. The staff are super friendly, it’s very close to the beach, and the pool and spa area are really relaxing

We generally did not like the beach options nearby, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Beaches nearby were dirty and the beach bar music was very loud everywhere

What has amazing experience all of the staff are lovely and welcoming excellent customer service especially from Alexandro I purchased a lot of the mascato wine within my stay and unfortunately they ran out but he managed to get more the bigger bottles thank you so much I will definitely be back

The room is great , with great toilet and shower, the bed is comfortable. The restoraunt is with great view at the pool, abd the food is various and tasty. The spa is small but perfect, with pool and 2 sauna

There is a balcony for each room with sea view When we arrive receptionist man was very effective he immediately meet us at the out of hotel took our luggages During the registaration paper work he invited us a table he arranged welcome drink

He upgraded our room to sea wiev room Breakfasr was peefect nothing was missing traditional greek spinach pie Everything was perfect We will come again for swimming holiday in summer

We traveled by bus, so I can not comment on the parking situation for guests arriving by car. The hotel is located close to the beach. The food is tasty and is served buffet-style

Everyday everyone was so positive, helpful and kind although the season was in its peak. The street is quite and at the same time just a minute walk from the beach and everything you need

We enjoyed the seaside service, it was good but the price of the sunbed rental was not shown anywhere, so we were not sure about the cost. Card payment is possible and you get complimentary snacks for your beer

Some of the sunbeds have little nails stuck in them, and you can get hurt easily

The lady which great us every day Zlatka, such a harmonic and helping person. Ana Maria during the meals was always incredibly helpful and positive. One morning I was a little exhausted and she cheered me up

Hotel is excellent everything is super, The breakfast and the dinner are very delicious. The rooms are rennovated and very clean. The stuff and the owner Nikos are very friendly and they help you for everything

This is a very nice hotel that faces the sea/beach. You can exit the door at the back and within 10 steps you’ll be on the beach or walk out the front door and you’ll be in the heart of the tourist main street

This is a solid hotel, get the ocean view suite. Great spot to have evening drinks looking out at the water. Rooms were spacious and you have immediate access to all the shops, restaurants, and beach.

An inexpensive hotel right on the beach, the location is perfect. The hotel rooms are clean, the beds are firm and the view is spectacular! They do offer breakfast but I found it expensive for what they offered

The kitchen water installation sounded perfectly the wall being not sufficiently isolated. Otherwise it is a clean and nice location located in an area not too far from Paralia and about 500m from the beach

But everything is relative because the sea view was not very beautiful, being hung by some constructions and poles of electricity and the silence was broken when very early in the morning the neighbors started to use water

This is a partial review as I was only using their bar outfront. As it is located just across the church you'll see tons of tourist wandering around. The secret of this hotel is their super delicious coffee

Bit chilly in the evenings in May, but not a problem at the Central as they have gas heaters. Fabulous staff and the amazing Georgia the night receptionist took us to Katerini the town, she is so helpful

A bit expensive for what it offers, but the view from the balcony is nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't try the bar or the restaurant, but they seemed well stocked and fairly elegant looking

The place is fine, the rooms are clean and the staff is nice and helpful. The biggest problem is the lack of a parking space and the access by car to the hotel. The street is closed for traffic after 7 pm
