We enjoyed the seaside service, it was good but the price of the sunbed rental was not shown anywhere, so we were not sure about the cost. Card payment is possible and you get complimentary snacks for your beer. Some of the sunbeds have little nails stuck in them, and you can get hurt easily.

Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffett was very nice. Room was small but adequate. Mattress was a bit hard for my comfort but ok for a few nights. Area was wall to wall hotels and beach goers over running the place. Very crowded beach. North of town a mile or so the beach was much wider and quite as crowded.

Amazing place, very close to the beach, 50m from center, rooms are big enough, the staff is… I don’t know how to explain - they accept you like family, closest friend. I have nothing bad to say. Really enjoyed our stay. The room was a tiny bit outdated by western Europeean/US standards, but everything functions well and is very comfortable. The highlight are the great, friendly staff who helped us with questions and contributed a lot to making our experience fun and relaxing.

Great location, clean room, the breakfast buffet options were great as well. We enjoyed staying at the Cosmopolitan hotel and definitely recommend it. We generally did not like the beach options nearby, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Beaches nearby were dirty and the beach bar music was very loud everywhere.

What has amazing experience all of the staff are lovely and welcoming excellent customer service especially from Alexandro I purchased a lot of the mascato wine within my stay and unfortunately they ran out but he managed to get more the bigger bottles thank you so much I will definitely be back.

After a 4-centre self-drive holiday around the mainland, the 3-nights spent at Mythic Summer was a perfect place to chill at the end of the adventure. It doesn’t look like a 4 star hotel. The location is really bad connected with public transport (buses) they are really sporadic and never respect the schedule. The food is not variegated and always the same. The rooms are small and the bathroom usually get flooded by water. I would not recommend it for more than 2 nights

The rooms and the hotel was very clean and respected the covid health protocol (masks inside, disinfectant supplies everywhere). We received a room in the main building that was renovated, flat tv screen, the room cleaning was made only if you announce with a day ahead (which was ok for us). Poseidon Palace Hotel is a wonderful place for your vacation. We visited in the period 21-28.06.2025. Useful for families with children. The rooms are being cleaned every day. The hotel is in the first row with sea view. Has own parking or you can park just infront of the hotel. The Suite is just perfect. Very tasty breakfast. Lovely hotel. Great staff eager to answer our questions and accommodate our needs. A suggestion for improvement: Let the two tables at the pool area next to the dining area be non-smoking. All the smoke from the cigarettes were bothering the non smokers in inside.

This was our third stay at the Royal Hotel. Our first 2 stays were in sea view rooms which we liked. The restaurant has an excellent morning breakfast and the dinner menu is great. This time we booked a mountain view. The room was nice but there is a large home next door that has 3 large security dogs barking that kept us up all night. Next year we’ll book a a sea view room.

So many steps up to reception. There was a ramp apparently, but out of sight and no signs. Pool closed on arrival 8.30pm and not open until 11am so no chance for us. Good for food evening. Breakfast buffet. Nice staff member got us freshly made omelettes which were nice but cold.

We stayed two nights at Metropolitan Hotel (August 21–22) and had a great experience. The reception staff (especially the man at the front desk) was very kind and helpful. The hotel is pet-friendly, and parking with a fee is available about 100m away—safe and convenient. Breakfast had plenty of good options. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Excellent place for a short stay This hotel would be great for a short stay with minimum luggage. The street is narrow and it is hard for cabs to pickup and drop off. The elevator is small. The room is just big enough. The front desk staff was great and helped us overcome these issues. The location was incredible.

We had a great stay in Thessaloniki! We came quite late, and there was no one on duty, but thankfully I made the hotel aware and they had everything set up for me and my family! They have no parking, but arranged for us to park our car at a nearby garage for 13Euros/day. The rooms were clean, the location was great, our only complaint is that (ironically) the pillows were very uncomfortable!

In the heart of the city. Easy access to anywhere! Great shopping dining clubbing. Extremely clean quiet and hospitable.

It is a very convenient place to be in the center of Thessaloniki. It is an excellent location, just a few meters from the White Tower and the International Exhibition Center.

Despite being far from the centre, it is a lovely hotel with a view of the city from above (on days when the city is not covered in fog, of course). This was our second stay at the hotel. We visited the hotel first time a year ago and were take by excellent service and a hope that the rooms would be updated/refreshed. The location is great with a panaromic view of Thessaloniki. The rooms are equipped with a bathtub for those that prefer taking baths. There is also a gym/fitness center that offers classes. However, the hotel has not upgraded it's facilities in some time (probably dues to the economic crisis). The quality of the mattress in each room varies.

The staff was very friendly and the overall experience excellent.
