Great location, clean room, the breakfast buffet options were great as well. We enjoyed staying at the Cosmopolitan hotel and definitely recommend it. We generally did not like the beach options nearby, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Beaches nearby were dirty and the beach bar music was very loud everywhere.

If you’re visiting Katerini, I highly recommend the Cosmopolitan Hotel. The staff are super friendly, it’s very close to the beach, and the pool and spa area are really relaxing. It’s the perfect place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Best regards, Elmajer family

Everything is great! Wonderful hotel and beautiful rooms. Close location to the beach. We were accommodated in a room with a wonderful view of the pool and the sea. Quality breakfast, Swimming pool was clean. Great, helpful and frendly staff, especially the menager Dino was helpful and pleasant.

A very pleasant experience. The hotel is family friendly, in a quiet area, close to the beach. The food was great, tasty and the fruits were fresh. The experience of interacting with the staff there is probably one of the best I had so far. Any information I needed they did their best to find an answer and to be helpful.

What has amazing experience all of the staff are lovely and welcoming excellent customer service especially from Alexandro I purchased a lot of the mascato wine within my stay and unfortunately they ran out but he managed to get more the bigger bottles thank you so much I will definitely be back.

The room is great , with great toilet and shower, the bed is comfortable. The restoraunt is with great view at the pool, abd the food is various and tasty. The spa is small but perfect, with pool and 2 sauna. The staff are kind and amazing. Parking always available, and the beach is 100m away.

Very nice place - it is very calm, because it is out of the near village, but at the same time you can reach the village by 10 minutes walk to the beach, or also you can catch a public transport that pass by regularly. The service is very nice - everyone is very friendly and helpful. My favorite fellow is Stelios, who really learned our habits and was often giving us ideas for what to drink or eat, or how to spend our time better. But overall everyone - from the housekeepers, to the massage expert and the manager were very nice and made our stay a pleasure.

overall great experience! the staff are very polite and willing to help you out, one even offered us free orange juice during dinner. the rooms are clean and the bathrooms are nice. the balcony is very big compared to other hotels i've been to. you can feel the four stars this hotel has. the beach is very close and the water there is unusually warm. one thing i have to warn you about, the seaweeds are stingy in some cases, one bit me and it burnt for the rest of the day. near is the town centre, a lunapark, lots of souvenir shops and a Lidl. overall, i would recommend this hotel to anyone for sure!

A quality accommodation with a friendly atmosphere!
Very good hotel with extremely friendly staff in all posts! The room (superior, sea view) corresponded exactly to the photos and description. The spa facilities were very decent. The only thing that did not match the style of the accommodation was the breakfast, with clearly low quality in the ingredients used; it urgently needs improvement. On the contrary, everything we tried from the à la carte kitchen was fresh and delicious.

My parents and I stayed here for two weeks and were very pleased with the hotel. First, the staff: from Despina and the front desk staff, to Olga and the cleaning staff, and Anna and the restaurant staff - everyone was very warm, kind and friendly. Whatever we asked of them, they took care of it, making our stay very pleasant. The location was great: not inside the hustle and bustle of the city center but close enough by taxi, and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The hotel itself is very nice; we liked that it was not a huge hotel. Whenever we ate at the hotel restaurant, the food was very good. We would definitely stay here again!
