• On the last day, you need to pay €2 per piece to store luggage in a locker — again, not in line with 4-star standards. On the plus side: the two-pool setup is a smart move, separating family areas from quieter zones

That’s not just disappointing — it’s misleading. Other points: • Breakfast is the same every day — okay, but uninspired. • Coffee is truly awful — barely drinkable, definitely not what you’d expect from a 4-star property

Your kids will be with you the entire time — which is fine, but not what we expected or were sold. What’s especially frustrating: even today, the kids’ club is still mentioned on several booking websites like Booking

The hotel’s own website, however, no longer mentions it — so the removal must have happened on short notice, and the information hasn’t been updated properly on partner platforms

However, when we arrived, we were surprised to find out that the kids’ club no longer exists. There are a few scattered activities, but no real program

And yes, it’s a good base if you rent a car to explore nicer beaches nearby. Also staff was very nice and the rooms have been cleaned daily

Hotel is in very nice village with good restaurants and bars, rather chill place, without parties so very nice for families. Whole hotel is rather clean and nice, very nice private beach with sunbeds

On the former food could be better with just some effort. Get someone new in the kitchen. On the latter, find a way with the neighbor's bar to share their sunbeds. The hotel should find such an agreement

Apart this we were avoiding food, our kids was eating only fries because was not so much choice for them

I would highly recommend, especially with kids. A few things they could improve at however is the quality of the buffet and the need to find a way to have sufficient sunbeds for all guests

What was very nice and made our stay so fun was dance in the pool provided by one of the girl Kasha, she was very energetic, funny and always with a smile, as well suncastles competition, we did not win but we had really great fun

I stayed in the apartments that belong to Hotel Melissa Gold for 14 days, at the end of June and the beginning of July. Extremely clean, quiet, pine forest, pool clean, staff very friendly

On the boulevard a lot of fun in various restaurants, plenty of choice and everyone is really friendly. There are a few shops where you can buy everything, including sunscreen, soft drinks, etc

Beautiful houses with palm trees all around. Perfect place for fashion photos. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is good. There is huge parking space on both sides of the hotel

Very nice hotel, with unique concept and architrcture. Kind and welcoming personal offers great and discrete service. Hotel has a good position near the beach, with lots of greenery around

Wonderful family hotel, not everything over-organised, but friendly. You should not be here for a super deluxe 5 * experience, but for charm and Greek simplicity

Lovely bar beside the pool, with traditional Greek dancing in the evenings. With a cocktail happy hour until Midnight, what's not to like.

The rooms themselves are just like in the pictures: spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The pool area is stunning – so colorful and surrounded by greenery, the perfect place to relax

The hotel has a beautiful calm beach where you can relax and also a swimming pool where you can enjoy drinks and chill

So if you read this ignore the 7 reviews from drunken louts who should have selected some where more appropriate to their requirements. I would highly recommend this hotel

The walk to the beach is around 10 minutes and town around 15 minutes but all the food we ate was fine. Cocktails and drinks round the pool area are reasonably priced and the value for money would be hard to match

Managed and run with real heart and care, the whole resort is spotlessly clean, with a lovely swimming pool and bar serving great cocktails for a great price! Our couples room came with a well equipped kitchenette, balcony with a sea view, tidy shower room and comfy bed

The rooms and facilities are perfect the pool area and seats are very comfy. From breakfast you can see the sea and the owner does not interve but always helpful if you ask for something

Free parking and the possibility to use the BBQ pit on site too if you would like. 10 mins relaxed walk to lovely beaches and excellent restaurants

Wonderfull and clean appartment. Landscape ist typical greek. We love to come back.

Breakfast was basic but included everything needed for starting the day, coffee, tea, cereals, yoghurt and fruit, bread and butter, toasters honey, preserves, meats and cheese, pastries, scrambled eggs, and either greek sausage and bacon

The swimming pool was big and relaxing, and amazing scenery all around. Great access to a lovely beach where you can walk for miles too

But what made the stay even better was every member of staff and the owners! Always happy to help and say hello, I was a single traveller and the main lady helped with local attractions, public transport and with the abundance of questions I needed help with any time of the day

We could reach every point on Kassandra and Sithonia for less than an hour! Also the staff is so welcoming and will give advice on places to visit and things to do in Halkidiki. It was an unforgettable experience

Bed was comfortable and spacious, and capacity of the room was amazing! Breakfast was great, and the restaurant food was also lovely, with the hotel team going the extra mile to prepare special vegetarian meals

Had an absolutely brilliant stay at Asteris Village hotel from start to finish. Upon arrival, the hotel looked amazing, and on check in, we were upgraded to a beautiful sea view suite with incredible views

There were some standout staff members who really helped to make the experience special. - Monika in Fresco was extremely pleasant and helpful and handled it very well when we had a send back a dish

We stayed as a family of 4 in a one bed suite. It is the smallest of the ikos resorts and we felt that is best suited to those with younger children

Whilst that’s ‘not a problem’, the attention from staff is not the same either. Bar staff walk past you with their eyes down, hoping not to get flagged. As a family of three we spend $10k on a 10-14 day holiday

There’s no doubt Ikos is a lovely holiday, but they haven’t appreciated with the constant price increases, our expectations are also rising

Another fantastic holiday at a IKOS resort. Standards exceptionally high as usual. Staff are very pleasant , facilities and rooms very clean. Restaurants beautiful providing a great and plentiful selection of food

Then there are rooms which are so clean that I never saw something like that in my life and those rooms are visited by cleaning crew every day (fresh towels and bed sheets). Rooms are very nice, new and large

The hotel is wonderful - the room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The food is delicious and varied, there was plenty of seasonal fruits. The staff is friendly and helpful

And in the end there are 2 things for wich I can give this estabishment one star less but I will not: food could be better and that is something for the managment to consider (we had HB)

We are pair without children and hotel is very chidren friendly but both hotel and the parents are doing everything to keep children calm and there is some order considerig this

The buildings are surrounded by beautiful green areas with olive trees, our balcony was large and had a great view of the garden. Our vacation was peaceful and relaxing!

And I when I say large it is LARGE. Layout of the hotel is something beautiful and someone spent a lot of tme thinking and doing hard work for hotel to look like that

People are great, all of them. Food is on higher level than any tavern in the town. Beach does not have a bar and that would be a minus , but i am fine with that. 150 meter from the bar inside hotel

The staff was young and energised, in a good mood, service was quick and they were always kind and smiling. They clean the rooms every day and the whole resort is clean and well managed

One of the best places I ever been, people, beech, room, food, cleanliness is perfect. Just perfect. I have nothing to say bad for this place. Just come and see!

The only negative is the lack of laundry machines in the rooms and/or the lack of hotel laundry service - when you have small children, daily laundry is a must

Beach is right ahead and its a "wild beach", maybe 2 minutes, I never asked if hotel has its own sunbeds because we went to beachbars nearby. But a lot of ppl just put their towels and enjoy anywhere

Location is a bit away from the center, but for real travelers thats a plus, we walked every evening and it was a real pleasure to be like 10 minutes of slow walk to the center of Metamorfosi

Food is really nice, you always have some things that are usual offer but there is always at least 5 meals different next to it. A lot of salads, fruits, which is really important

I see people say if you didnt arrive in first hour, a lot of food is eaten, that isnt the case-they have refilling the missing dishes, you just need to wait for 5 minutes tops

This is a beautiful cosy hotel in the most quiet part of the village. It is located in a natural scenery , with colourful gardens, pine trees and olive trees

Clean pool and poolside facilities, and a bar by the larger one servicing hot and cold drinks and snacks, and some quite descent light meals Rooms were clean and tidy with sufficient space for 2 adults in out double plus single bed room with balcony and table/chairs

It's close to the beach, has two pools, the rooms are new and regularly clean. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and there was a lot to choose from

We left in hurry and didn't report it in the morning, but when we returned in the evening, it was glued back in its place already ! The restaurant manager is a mature very polite, charismatic, fit, devoted, but also jovial gentleman, impeccably dressed

The poolside bartender (Nikos) is also a very polite man, helpful, attentive, trying to provide the best advices if asked

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, a special thank you to Kostas, who was so helpful and made our stay extra special. The food was always fresh, delicious, and full of flavor

Really, staff is one of the main assets of this hotel - for instance, in our bathroom the glass shelf right under the mirror, got out of its place. Luckily, it didn't break – don’t ask me how, my wife managed to do this

The other problem is that the beach has algae, but thatt can be solved. Other than that I had a great time, at night it was very beautiful, you could lay on a hammock and watch the sea and the stars

The meals were great, tasty and always fresh. The room was always clean and comfy. We suggest it for calm vacation , especially for families

The buffet in the restaurant always had a reasonable selection and was very good. Great sunbeds and good service on the beach. You can order a drink or eat directly on the sunbed or at the bar

Great family resort! We are coming here every year for 12 years! This is our favourite place -home away from home :) Friendly staff, private beach -front access, good food -in one word - this place has everything my family need

Also the breakfast was very good, a perfect start in the day with croissants, eggs, cakes etc. Of course we have to mention the hospitality of Mrs Georgia, the heart of 4 You. She makes this place even more special

The pool and bar are located in the ‘apartment-part’ and breakfast (really extensive and great quality local products!) and reception are in the ‘boutique part’

The high quality of the renovated rooms/suites/apartments is fantastic. The personal service of this family-run property is hearth warming. Real Greek filoxenía can be experienced

Very clean place! Every day they cleaned the room, threw away the trash and changed the sheets. I have no complaints about anything at all and I would gladly come back again🫶🏾

I have great experience i this hotel. We was with my family in July. Giorgos is very very good cook. We know him from other hotels that he worked

You give it to staff and at 8:30 AM you get a basket with your food! The pool is really clean. You can get a delicious lunch from the bar next to the pool. It offers smoothies, cocktails, branded drinks and food

Views are stunning, pool is huge, plenty of beds on the beach. Food very reasonably priced and good. Breakfast basket a great touch. We didn't feel the need to leave for four full days

Only thing is, it is not walking distance from other places and the town. But it's right in the middle of Kassandra and Sithonia, so if you have a car, is a great base to adventure from

The place is super nice and I think for the price you get the best quality. There is breakfast that works in a really cool way. Every day you get a menu where you choose what you want to get for breakfast
