Nothing works, water is salty, insects are literally everywhere (wasps, ants, mosquitoes, etc.), parking is very scarce, the staff are nice but don't really care, the beach is in terrible shape. I want to thank the beautiful bartender girl at the beach for greeting us, her smile made my day. We skipped breakfast, just packed our bag and got out as quickly as we could. Zero hours sleep. The hotel has the perfect setting for a quality horror movie.

The water into the shower and tap in the toilet was salty, the beach and the water in the sea wasn’t great either.
Nothing like on the photos we saw in the website.
We will not come back again.

The rooms were okay, but throughout my stay the water was cold and salty, and the lighting in the room was quite dim. We didn’t have towels for the first few days, and we had to wait an extra two hours to check in because the rooms weren’t ready. I wouldn’t recommend the food, but the staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 5 days, but they were like an eternity. Nothing was good, absolutely nothing. From the terrible accommodation conditions to the hotel's position in relation to taverns or beaches. If you don't have a car, you can't go anywhere, there's not even a market nearby. I will list below just a few of the biggest irregularities we encountered during our stay: -first of all, SALT WATER from the sink and shower! We couldn't use the shower, we actually bought water so we could brush our teeth and body. -the sewage system never coped and the water backed up every time we washed; -the towels were never changed during the 5 days, and on the website, when booking, you were asked for an extra fee, so that your towels would be changed during your stay. -at the pool, in the morning, there was an employee washing the tiles around the pool with a mop, and all the water from the mop was draining into the pool. -the sanitary objects full of limescale, old. Mold in the bathroom in the corners. -in the room, the walls were dirty, in some places full of blood drops from mosquitoes killed by tourists. -the shutters on the terrace had a broken locking system. They don't have 24/7 check in/check out as mentioned on booking. I waited an hour at the reception for it to open so I could hand over the key. There's more to say but i'll stop here. A personal tip: don't come here unless you want to throw money out the window! Disappointing!!!!!

Think twice before booking!
I booked this hotel without checking the reviews in detail — that was my mistake. Once I did, I was shocked by the number of serious complaints from recent guests. I immediately tried to cancel, but the hotel refused, and when I called to express concern, the staff dismissed the feedback entirely.
The fact that a hotel with such consistently low ratings (5.5!) can still operate without acknowledging any responsibility is deeply disappointing and fconcerning.
I urge other travellers: read the reviews carefully and don’t be fooled by location alone. The hospitality sector should be about trust, and that trust was completely broken here.

Nightmare. Thank God we are leaving today. Woman at front desk extremely rude, not friendly and not helping at all. Manager of bar (big man with crazy hairstyle) is not normal, for 6 days here my whole group is discriminated, he went after us and even count the chairs and things we used. He was standing over our head while we eat. Dinner is from 18:30 till 20:00, but if you come at 18:45, they say they dont have food and that you are late, so i stayed without our paid food with two little kids. The next day we waited till 18:50 that they open restoraunt, stuff in kitchen was running all around while 'gentleman' was with friend sitting buying new iphone 😂

Only breakfast is buffe, the rest you get portion on plate. No water, no fruit in dinning, we had mellon 1 day out of 6, it disapear in 1 minute and they didnt bring it again. Day after it we bought wattermellon in market and bring it at beach for kids, they didnt want to borrow us even knife from kitchen.

Closest market is 2km from apartments (have everything, even masks and tires for swimming) , 1 souvenir shop, 1 giros shop and 3 restoraunts. So if you didnt came with your car, prepare to walk even for drinking bottled water, because water is salty everywhere, from pool to bathroom.

In 6 days, no sheet or towel change. Remote for aircondition absolutely not working and stuck on 20 degrees, so if you want to shut it down, open window (no nets against insects) or close (turn down) phase in electricity on wall where is plugged. We had mini pool in bathroom all 6 days, when we turn water in sink, from bottom part it started coming out and make complete mess. We complained the moment we entered the room and three more days, no one came to check.

Whatever deal you make with your agent (and mostly that is Kosta), that aircondition is counted in you arrangement, prepare to pay aircondition 5€ per day, because first time you leave room and go to beach, they enter room and steal remote for aircondition so if you want it back, you have to pay.

Only bright side is that is not crowdy beach. Sometimes windy so you have small waves. Beach chairs are charged 10€ per day (drink optional but not counted in that amount).
