If you want details, read my detailed review! I have to start by praise the staff at Toroni Blue Sea Hotel, especially the person in charge, Miss Efi. She and her staff really do everything to help their guests with much more than you could wish for and they really make you feel welcome. If you have any questions before booking, don't hesitate to email the hotel and they will answer and help you, we did. Toroni Blue Sea Hotel is a wonderful hotel on the beach of Toroni, with friendly and helpful staff. I can definitely recommend this hotel, also for families with children and for people in wheelchairs or similar. The hotel is open and welcoming, with a small garden, its own pool and parking (the other hotels I've seen are much smaller and not as welcoming or they are large and luxurious with much higher prices). The price here was affordable and included breakfast and dinner. The rooms were clean, nice and spacious, all with private bathrooms and own refrigerators. The hotel does not have a lift, but there is a wide, nice ramp to the first floor, to the pool and a ramp up to the restaurant. There are both superior rooms and family superior rooms on the first floor (all floors probably). I think most rooms have a bathtub, but the family superior rooms have a shower. They are quick to clean and tidy everywhere in the hotel. In the restaurant the staff would put away the trash and dishes as soon as you finished a plate or similar. Both breakfast and dinner consisted of different kinds of food in a buffet that I think should suit all tastes, there were orange slices, watermelon, bread, butter, cheese, ham, sausage, Greek yogurt, jam, cereals, cucumber, tomatoes, salad, olives, olive oil, honey, boiled and fried eggs, soup, fish, chicken, pork, meat, pasta, Greek food, various sweets and ice cream for dessert (which is just a selection of what they served). You can sit both inside and outside and eat, no matter where you sit you have a view of the beach and the Ocean. There is also a toilet close by, both at the restaurant and at the reception. If you want to try other food, there are several tavernas and restaurants in the area. If you are looking for a real genuine Greek feeling, I can recommend the Greek restaurant Angelos Garden at the beginning of Toroni. Toroni has a few small supermarkets and I even saw a few small carousels a short distance from the hotel (they were closed when we were there, at the end of September/beginning of October) and also a playground. During the high season there are bars with live music and dancing in the area (you may need a car), Toroni Blue Sea Hotel has had Greek nights. A little further down the beach from the hotel is Aquarental for those who like water sports. On the beach by the hotel there is a beach bar where you can also rent sun loungers and parasols. There is a nice sandy beach and sandy bottom here in Toroni, the Ocean is green-turquoise. When you go down into the water the sand sometimes forms sl

I booked this hotel in April and paid a 320 euro deposit. Two days before the trip, they canceled our reservation, returned 260 euros, which is 60 euros less than the deposit paid. I see that there are also satisfied people, but for us this is a real disappointment!

Everything was wonderful, starting from the view, the room, the staff and the food. The beach bar was clean and the sea was wonderful. The staff was very polite and they were always quick to bring our orders. The manager and the receptionist were willing to help, very nice and polite.

I had an amazing experience at Toroni Blue Sea Hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I really appreciated the housekeeping work and the attention to detail. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. From the reception to the restaurant, everyone was welcoming and made me feel at home. I highly recommend Toroni Blue Sea for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday by the sea. I would definitely love to come back! Before I finish, I would like to say that Yulia from the reception is very friendly and helped us a lot in every matter. I would also like to thank her....

This place is beyond horrible. I honestly don’t know how it’s still operating. From the start, the staff were incredibly rude, unhelpful, and acted like they couldn’t care less about the guests. We tried to raise serious issues multiple times, and they completely ignored us — like we were an inconvenience. The rooms were filthy — we walked in and were immediately hit by the smell of mildew and mold. The toilet was clogged, the floor was sticky, the bedsheets were stained, and there was hair in the shower. The electrical sockets were hanging out of the walls, sparking when touched — it’s an actual fire hazard. But the worst part? The entire hotel is unsafe. There’s zero security, the hallways are dark, and there were drunk, aggressive guests yelling and banging on doors at night. We witnessed multiple disturbing incidents, including older men harassing and even attempting to touch minor girls. This place is absolutely not safe for women or young people, and it’s shocking how little the staff did — they just stood by and ignored everything. When we tried to report the harassment and unsafe conditions, management had the nerve to try and charge us extra, as if we were the problem for being targeted. Completely unacceptable and sickening. This is not just a bad hotel — it’s a dangerous one. The entire place is a safety hazard, totally mismanaged, and not even close to being livable. I would not recommend this place to anyone, under any circumstances. Please, do not risk your safety by staying here.

Positive aspects: + very good location of the hotel, + located in the quiet small place Toroni + food is very tasty negative aspects: - umbrella set is not free of charge for hotel guests; you need to pay extra to use it - restaurant capacity. not available tables and chairs during dining hours. - cleaning room service ABVAILABLE once per week ( seven nights) - mosquitos invasion. be well prepared for fight with mosquitos

Terrible experience at Toroni Blue Sea Hotel – shame, lies, and total disrespect We booked our room six months in advance. I had been saving for this vacation for two years. We traveled two days from Ukraine with two small children, dreaming of peace, comfort, and decent conditions. Instead, we got chaos, stress, and total disregard. Due to overbooking (which was fully the hotel’s fault), we were moved to another room in the middle of our stay. We had to pack up with our kids and suitcases — and even beg for the keys. They didn’t give them right away, and when we left for our planned activities, they started calling and messaging us constantly, pressuring us, ruining our day. The staff, especially the front desk lady and the senior manager, acted completely unprofessionally – rude, aggressive, and arrogant. Not a single apology. Only blame-shifting and hostility. And the worst part — they lied. When we asked to return to our original room, they said there was “a problem with the water.” But later, we saw that other guests were staying in that very room. They simply didn’t want us back and lied to our faces. Disgraceful. Let’s talk about their so-called “4-star” standards: The room was old and run-down – broken sofa, flickering lamps, damaged furniture. The bathroom door didn’t close at all. Not even partially. How is a woman supposed to use the toilet or shower in peace? It was humiliating. The bedding was dirty, with black and yellow stains. The water was often cold, especially in the evenings. There was no drinking water – not at breakfast, not at dinner, not in the room. The food was repetitive, poor-quality, and tasteless. Shower gel? Just a few drops – a joke. And sunbeds? 12 euros each for hotel guests! Pure greed and disrespect. We felt humiliated, deceived, and completely disrespected. And to top it all off — our car was scratched during the last night. Coincidence? Doubtful. After all the tension with the staff, it felt more like spite. Toroni Blue Sea Hotel is a hotel in name only. There’s absolutely nothing 4-star about it. You ruined our holiday. People deserve to know where NOT to go.

Welcoming nice ,nice staff, nice room and location and the beach. What is missing is , desert and fruit if you think is enough only ice cream and cream ,then I don't complain. The cleaning womens, must speak English, they must explain and understand the quest need. As you said, every 3 days change towels and covers and thats it. My advice. You need maybe improving the bar on the pool ,with various of cocktails and coffees ,waiters bartenders... Also some animation, maybe dj ,or once a week Greek night. The smell from behind building, and not garbage place into the hotel pool and nowhere... At least the hotel worth for the money

Great advertising, poor execution. Dirty rooms, full of bugs, unfriendly staff, we even had a lizard in the room. The only good thing is the location. There is a pool, dirty and green, you cant see through the water, no one can use it. The room's are not clean at all

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!! The first day we arrived at this hotel, the manager took us in the room where he saw the cracked mirror on the wall, and the last day when we were supposed to leave, they wanted to set us up to pay for the mirror that was broken when we arrived!!! They called our agency and tried calling us countless times and after that they went in every single hotel in Toroni to look for us, can you imagine?! 13 YEARS IN TORONI, FIRST TIME IN BLUE SEA AND WE HAD A HORROR!!! Not to mention about the terrible food, my husband got poisoning, no one was cleaning the room (one time in 7 days). Under the bed was a mess, pills, slippers and dust forgotten... DO NOT BOOK!!!
