Where to stay with pets in Lixouri

The beer and wine was good too. Fantastic location 2 minute walk from a large great beach with lots to do. A bus comes back and forth all day which can take you into the local town so you can explore from there

Location was good, in the woods not far from the sea. there is a huge pool with many flowers and herbs, i like it! But far from any supermarket or shops

My partner and I stayed at the hotel for 10 nights all inclusive and it was brilliant. The staff were incredible, hardest workers and had a great to have a laugh with. The food was great, different food every night

There is a car rental shop 3 minutes walk from the hotel which was amazing for us, when you’re done with car leave in the hotel and they will come to collect. Had an amazing time in this hotel, 100% recommended

The rooms are clean, furniture rather as in 3 or 3,5 star hotel, not as in 4 star hotel in Germany or in the Czech Republic, bathroom is tiny. Wifi connection in every room, but paid (35 euros for a week)

The accomodation is located in a very quiet place, 5 minutes to Lixouri and 15 to 30 minutes to the best beaches in kefalonia. The owners are excellent people Ps

It is cleaned every day, towels are changed every 2 days, there is parking at the location, the internet works quite well

The studio is 6 minutes away by car from Lixouri where you can find everything you need, grocery stores, restaurants and you can take the ferry to Argostoli The rooms are very clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need

We stayed in a cozy apartment, with a large and comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower that, despite not being big, suited us well, and a balcony with view to the sea and surrounding mountains

Four parking places are available with no extra costs (renting a car is essential to explore the island). Lixouri village is less than 10 min away by car, where you find supermarkets, restaurants and shops

The most beatiful beaches can be reached by car, 20 to 50 min driving from there. The service was excellent, the apartment was always clean! We had a pleasant stay and highly recommend this place!

Lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds and direct access to the beach, the sea is shallow and very child friendly. If I have two words to describe the summery it would be simple and uncomplicated

Perfect location, 5 mins walk to ferry, harbour and main square. Immaculately hotel, outstanding service from the staff, nothing too much trouble, so friendly

Located in a quiet area, quite close to the port (ferry), it offers an unforgettable view. Spacious, comfortable and very clean rooms

I'm terms of location, you can get the ferry to argostoli for 3euros and from there, there are bus routes all over the island

The staff are so warm and friendly and go out of their way to help, from the reception staff to the breakfast staff and pool bar staff, have to give dinah a mention who was so lovely and accommodating at breakfast, by the way the fried eggs are the best! The rooms are comfortable and clean and have everything you need

There is a TV in the room but who comes on holiday to watch the TV. A short walk to the main square with plenty of bars and restaurants, there is also a very good supermarket a few feet away with everything you need

The large property has trees full of oranges, lemons and loquats, an amazing pool and overlooks beautiful Livadi Bay. Lixouri town is only a few minutes away by car and a ferry across the bay to Argostoli is only 3 euros

In the lunge area, where you can have a drink or find anything you need, we met some hotel guests who have been coming back for years. This is definetely a sign that the hotel is worthy of a return visit

Nikos, the owner, was extremely accommodating from start to finish. Our flight was delayed meaning we arrived at the hotel at 2:30am yet Nikos stayed up to ensure we arrived safe and sound

He helped us hire a car, gave us advice on where to go and what to do as well as restaurants/bars he liked. Room had everything we needed and even a balcony (surrounded by orange trees)

I've come to Greece many times over the years, but this is my favorite place to stay and my favorite island. Terra Mare Resort is "simple luxury" with an owner (Nicos) who cares

It was a great way to start the day. Petros, the owner, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He spoke great English and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend Zest and have already booked to return

A fabulous 5 night stay at Zest. The rooms are well equipped with a full size cooker and a fridge with a small freezer box. Beds are comfortable and regularly changed. Petros is welcoming and hospitable

It contains everything required for a self catering holiday, although, we ate out all the time except breakfast. A very nice free breakfast was provided in a lovely setting around the pool

The perfect place for a quiet break. The owner couldn’t do more for you. Rooms fully equipped and cleaned regularly. Close the beach and restaurant’s. Car hire by is on the door step. Local bus a few euros to next town

Pedros was a fantastic host, who made our stay very enjoyable. The property is very conveniently situated for the beach (5min walk) and the various bars and restaurants in the area. We would definitely come again.

I just had short stay with my son and was met with a warm welcome from Petros and his team. the apartments are clean, comfortable and have everything you need. The pool area is brilliant, clean and well maintained

All staff and members are really helpful and friendly. We got lucky and we had beach view room and it was perfect. Food and breakfast was amazing and they also took care for us as i am vegetarian

You will traditional food and staff very friendly. If they have available umbrella then they will land us for free which was really helpful in August month

One thing to notice its near sea and other side of port so you always need some transportation

They weren’t bothered when they brought out lunch to us while we were still in the pool! Rooms are slightly dated but spotlessly clean and toilets are not a problem at all (I’m very picky about toilets!!) Every single meal was amazing, and the buffet system was cleverly structured so you don’t have people piling their plates with food

The pool was amazing and just the right temperature, the beach was superb except when we got there there had been a store that had blown a lot of seaweed in and made the water near the beach a bit murky but from what I have heard and when you went slightly further out, the water was amazing!!! The bay is lovely and sheltered, but not sheltered enough that you can’t sail so it struck a perfect balance

This is a wonderful family run hotel in a fabulous unspoiled location in Kefalonia with home cooked Greek food (some of the best on the island), and a family team who go over and above to make every moment special

The location and views are exquisite, rooms are clean, beds comfortable and rooms are spotlessly cleaned daily… such a treat

I would have expected a special price offering for the hotel guests. Other than that the island is speechless as it Lixouri were the hotel is located
