Wonderful place, very professional and nice staff. We really enjoyed our stay. For the price this place is a great experience of a high-end hotel.

Beautifully appointed rooms. Very comfortable and quality bathroom. Would 100% return. If I return would pay extra for the sea view rooms as being able to sit on your balcony and watch sunset would be a bonus. Just returned from a lovely peaceful stay at the lassi staff are amazing and attentive and nice to see look after the many cats here . Breakfast very nice and lovely terrace to sit on to enjoy whilst eating g or a drink at night watching the sunset .

WE stayed here for 10 days from 17/9 too 27/9, we had a fantastic time the hotel is lovely rooms are clean and spacious the view we had was stunning. The staff are great nothing was too much trouble friendly and chatty breakfast in morning was great. Just back from a week long stay at the Lassi Hotel. From the minute you arrive the welcome is fantastic at the check in and your luggage taken to your room. We were given a triple room for 2 of us and a pool view. We paid for the fridge, air con and safe which was worth every penny. The hotel and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Beautiful view - photograph of the hotel from the lassi road. The breakfast choice was superb with a wide choice for all tastes. The room was spacious and the self catering facilities which were well hidden were totally unexpected. Very helpful staff who couldn’t do enough to make your stay go smoothly.

We holidayed with TUI in August and stayed at Lagoon View Apartments. The location is fairly remote with beautiful surroundings and views. Everything you need for a quiet, relaxing, peaceful holiday is here, with Argostoli and Lassi only a 10 minute drive away. Panos, Mary and his family were fantastic hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. A car is certainly recommended.

It is just a place to stay, and it is enjoyable. On the hillside, with nothing nearby. A drawback is the cost of air conditioning. An extra. For the apartment we were in, it was 150 Euros for the week. With temperatures pushing 40 degrees when we were there in August, you will want air conditioning. Also, it is relatively isolated. Our room AIr conditioning and TV were not working why we checked in. Front desk said none of the TVs working then next morning the receptionist said that was a lie and sent someone in to repair it. We can not praise the hotel and staff at the Princess family run hotel high enough with a few words. At our late evening arrival check in was friendly quick and simple. We love this hotel. We have stayed here as a group of girls for 2 years running. The location for the beach is perfect, the pool area is lovely and rooms are great. They had music in the bar on 3 of the nights which was a nice addition. We particularly liked our after dinner drinks in the hotel bar, lovely cocktails made by Chris and served by Lambros. This Hotel is great lovely and clean, sea view rooms worth every penny great sunsets, beach lovely sunbeds were 8 euro for 2 beds and brolly, Breakfast plentful, did not have evening meal as was 30 euros each, plenty restaurants near by, great location would recomend and would stay here again.

Our second visit to this lovely hotel. Location is perfect and views are beautiful. We were a group of five and had a great time. Lambross and Chris in the bar made our evenings really enjoyable and remembered us all from last year. Thanks to all from us all.

Beautiful hotel, amazing views and staff so welcoming and accommodating. Our room didn’t have a single bed for our son, we asked reception and it was sorted within minutes. The hotel closed the day after we left (Sunday 5th October) and the hotel let us keep our room until we left and laid on a complimentary buffet at lunchtime for us to enjoy with drinks included. Second visit this year. The hotel is so well situated, right on the beach. Away from traffic so quiet. Easy access to shops and taverns, easy walk into Argostoli. Hotel is clean, friendly staff, great choice of food from buffet for both breakfast and evening meal. Only downside is queue for coffee machines and allowing people to put towels on Su beds, though this won’t stop us returning.

This was the perfect retreat for our 10-day vacation in Kefalonia. It offers a great view of the Argostoli Bay - and a very relaxing terrace with olive trees where to enjoy breakfast or a delicious dinner. The restaurant is open until late at night, but its operation does not interfere in any way with one's desire for a good night sleep. Very nice staff and beautiful balconies. Walk to hotel from the town center is a but uphill but the view is great. One issue though- the wifi was very slow, and this was in the off season without a lot of users.

Beautiful location with stunning views. The apartment was spotless and air conditioning in the bedrooms a lifesaver. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast. I would recommend hiring a car as the hill coming back is extremely steep but if you don't mind a walk you are very close to great restaurants, shops and a fantastic beach.

For us what stood out were the staff, the quality of our room and food. This hotel is perfectly located if you want quiet but dont mind a 5 min walk to the beach or the town. The taxi services are great for further afield areas. Would we come back. Definitely.

Kefalonia is a lovely island and one of the best beaches is a short walk from this hotel - Makris beach. The hotel is immaculate with lovely staff. Shout out to Carla on reception who went beyond the call of duty to help me on our first day, and Sylvana on breakfast who was so friendly helpful and pleasant to talk to. Pool area is beautiful. Glorious views of sea if you have a sea facing balcony.

Brilliant hotel! Very affordable! Ideal if you want somewhere more budget friendly to stay to then be able to still have funds to explore the island. Helpful staff, lots of parking and for free. Lovely hotel location stunning. Yes it's basic but clean tidy and as we were room only everything we expected. Yes it's on step hill but walkable down and 8 euros for a taxi back. Pool bar is dearer than Lassi but food is great and the staff are friendly Fridge in room so can store drinks etc

Mother and Daughter stayed here has the best time. The view was amazing, drinks and food were also lovely. Beds and the pool was fantastic !!! Coming back next year ! Young man cleans the rooms and really loves what he does and is so helpful. Very clean and comfy bed. Thank you Liberatos :0)

I really liked this place, don't believe the negative reviews. Yes it's on a hill, therefore you get stunning views. If you are fit, it's no problem, especially at night it's an easy walk down to the restaurants on the main strip in Lassi. The pool area is stunning with very comfortable loungers. The water is a bit cold, but welcome on a hot day. The pool bar is very expensive compared to everywhere...

This is the only place we have ever returned to, went twice in 2024 and booked again for June 2025. we love it. Lassi is just down the road and plenty of eating and drinking places. Argostoli is a short taxi ride away and pretty lively. I would advise anyone seeing negative views to ignore them.
