Where to stay with kids in Corfu

We had a morning workout train with Panos Very good. We were all enjoyed with him. He is professional. High recommend. Will come again with family and friends

Although the pools were very cold! Still managed a quick dip in the pool and swam in the sea which was cool but pleasant. Lots of options for somewhere to sit on an evening

Great stay at Mitsis Messonghi! Friendly staff, clean rooms, good food, and a lovely beachfront location. Well-organized facilities and enjoyable entertainment. Excellent value for money – highly recommended!

Grounds are dated but very well maintained and you can tell improvements are being made throughout. With lots of newer looking places. Staff we found to be very polite and helpful throughout the whole hotel

Very pleasantly surprised by mitsis messonghi. Can't understand how it gets any bad reviews. Lovely room, close to the beach. Modern decor with brand new looking furniture. Kettle and hair dryer provided

Lots of continental breakfast options too (the pain au chocolate are to die for!). Lunch by the beach was the best in our opinion. Pizza, pasta menu, sandwich menu - all made fresh and extremely tasty

The animation team made our stay special with lots of fun activities like yoga, stretching, and beach volleyball

We arrived late but were taken care of brilliantly by reception and bar staff. The food and drinks were much better than we had expected for a budget holiday. Friendly atmosphere, nice bars and activities available

Reception staff were great advisors to plan our activities and trips. Helpful and friendly warm service seemed second nature to all staff. Pool area and entertainment were great

The kids' club had cool activities for kids all day, and the evening shows, like the mini disco and fire show, were a blast! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, no matter how old you are

We had quite a few complaints about our stay and they tried to make up for it by giving us a free bottle of sparkling wine and a free dinner in the ala carte restaurant which was much appreciated

This is the man you want taking care of your children / pool areas so you can relax as a parent. Very friendly when you take the time to talk with him (when he’s not keeping an eye on your kids)

The highlight for me was how brilliant the staff were, the bar staff in particular at the main pool near buffet restaurant. Very friendly, accommodating, also good to talk too

The lifeguard who looks after the pools and kids slide takes his role very seriously, is directly spoken which could be taken as impolite but this is clearly cultural

All the staff are very welcoming & helpful & do everything to make your holiday special. Dawn the Customer Relations Manager went out of her way to make our holidays there special

They are working flat out most of the day and you can see it’s hard work and in an all inclusive arrangement likely aren’t tipped anywhere near enough for their service

Christina the Restaurant Manager makes sure the restaurants run smoothly & there is lots of choice of food on offer

From the moment we arrived, however, it felt like we had stumbled upon a hidden gem. Everything from the warm welcome to the beautiful surroundings exceeded our expectations in every way

Definitely not 5 star, the details let it down - like missing parts of room numbers on doors a, tiles missing in the bathroom and the pool tables were out of order

Her warmth and professionalism were honestly one of the highlights of our trip

2 members of my family were stung ! More needs to be done regarding this. The gym equipment is rusty and does not reflect the image on the web site. I was gutted to discover it was so badly maintained

This said, the food was good, and views to die for. We didnt use the pool as it was freezing but the beach was nice and a great selection of water sports

Lots of banging doors, shouting and I didn't sleep well at all for the rest of my break. It was a shame as the outside, the pool and views were lovely

The apartment has air conditioning, which cools you down on the hottest days, and it has a kitchenette perfect for a quick meal before the beach

First impression was really good, helpful staff, nice pool. The room was basic, but had a nice balcony with view For first two nights it was quiet but then other guests arrived and it was then there was noise till 2am

Beach, pool and water park all excellent. We found a shaded area by the beach which was ideal. Basic room but it was OK for couples. You need to take strong mosquito repellent with you; they appear at sundown

This hotel is by far the best, gorgeous hotel i’ve ever been to. I loved it so much i didn’t want to leave. I went with my family in spring time and i cannot explain how good of a time we had

Negatives: No AC in October / colder months – Despite the website advertising “air conditioning,” it’s actually switched to a heating-only mode after summer. No matter the setting, the unit only blew warm air

The food was outstanding and the options were unbelievable! The staff were the best and very funny, they made our 10 day stay the best they could

I would like to especially commend the staff in the kids club who made my children's stay extra special. Thank you Sara Marie. The kids loved their time with you. The face painting and uno card games especially!

Unfortunately we were disappointed with our stay. We had a premium room with a private pool which was very good aside from the algae build up in the pool

One for adults only and a general pool for everyone. We had a great room right by the Adults only pool the bar was tended by Sakis, he kept the area spotless and clearly took pride in his job

Even the hot drinks (tea/coffee) were served in plastic at the blue bar but even the highest graded plastic cups have a max safe temperature of 83°c to avoid chemical leaching - so that’s just unsafe

The pool areas were good, and the slides great for the size of resort, but the sun beds around the slide pools are mostly on grass and the sandy soil stains everything

We had one of the refurbished rooms with a private swim up room and couldn’t fault this at all apart from the pool being freezing cold, however, it was very welcome when the sun got too hot! Sakis at the Signature bar was very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for him - all of the staff that we had interaction with were really accommodating
