Kantouni Beach Boutique Hotel Kalymnos in Panormos

The cleanest hotel I have ever visited — they clean the room twice a day. The staff are extremely helpful and always willing to assist you with anything you may need. The view from the hotel is breathtaking. The pool blends seamlessly with the sea, creating a stunning visual line. The image of the sunset falling over the water stays in your mind forever. The mattress is wonderful, and the room itself is very spacious. The food, curated by Chef Asimakis, a Michelin-starred chef, showcases the excellence of Greek gastronomy. It is absolutely worth visiting.

My daughter and went on holiday here for half term and had another amazing time. The staff are just THE BEST! So kind and attentive and friendly. They always go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a wonderful time. On this trip we ate more at the hotel and the food was not only so fresh and delicious, but also very reasonably priced compared to other restaurants on the island. I am gluten allergic and also unable to eat a lot of foods, however the chefs always found ways to give me incredible meals that I could eat. And my daughter said her food was the best she'd ever had! We can't wait to go back next year and want to thank Katerina and all the staff for being so lovely!

Absolutely wonderful in all aspects of our stay. We will certainly be returning to this hotel. The receptionist Katerina was amazing and made our stay exceptional.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve just returned from the most wonderful 11-night stay at Kantouni Beach Hotel — everything from arrival to departure was perfect! The staff were amazing and made our holiday unforgettable. Special thanks to Irene at reception, Georgia, Aggelos, and Melina at the bar (fantastic food service & delicious cocktails - always smiling), Sawas the helpful pool attendant, and Maria at breakfast for her warmth every morning. A special mention to Stavros, the hotel manager, who keeps everything to the highest standard — his attention to detail really shines through. The food was delicious five-star food in the evening. Breakfast had great choices including eggs cooked fresh to your liking — omelettes, boiled, poached, or fried. The hotel is spotless — genuinely the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The sea is crystal clear and perfect for swimming, and the pool is cool and refreshing once you take the plunge. A beautiful, peaceful area with stunning sunsets and a feeling of total safety and relaxation. We left completely refreshed and can’t wait to return to Kantouni Beach Hotel! 🌅✨

Absolutely fabulous hotel. All the staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is fantastic and the food in the bar/restaurant is perfect. A few tavernas and a couple of bars within walking distance or Missouri is 10euro in a taxi and ten mins away with plenty of bars and restaurants. Beach is literally 10 yards from the pool and the sea is perfect. A couple of nice walks to a couple of churches one about 20 minutes the others good hour but amazing views and both churches were open. Rooms and bathrooms spotless. Free ice cold water brought to you round the pool all day as well as fruit and mocktails. Stayed in plenty of 5 star hotels all over Greece but never anywhere as good as this.

Our second visit to Kantouni, and it didn’t disappoint. From the moment we walked “under the arch” to the moment we left nine days later,it felt like our home from home. We were given the warmest of greetings on our return, welcomed back by the many staff we had met the previous year, and even recognized one or two familiar faces amongst the other guests. It is a tremendous credit to the hotel that so many visit more than once. The hosts (staff and management) are unfailingly happy and polite and you feel you are part of a family. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel itself is very small (boutique) and is situated right on the beach. There are numerous tavernas within easy walking distance, and one superb restaurant (Kapadiko) 10 mins stroll along the beach away- booking is advised and thoroughly recommended if you want wonderful food at remarkably low price. The hotel restaurant gives it a good run for its money, and also puts on a weekly “Greek night”- just don’t expect smashed plates or Zorba style dancing! If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a dream location-look no further. If you could give 6 stars on here, then you undoubtedly would.

Kantouni Beach is a truly fabulous hotel. This was our second visit and we have already booked again for next year. The hotel is well appointed and very clean and comfortable, but it Is the staff who make the customer experience exceptional. The front of house team, Katerina and Eirini go out of their way to make your stay special. They are very welcoming and manage to anticipate your every need. Nothing is too much trouble - it’s like meeting up with old friends. All the staff are helpful, efficient and friendly. Thanks to Savas who keeps everyone comfortable poolside, the two Marias, Georgia and Melina in the restaurant, and Angelo and Adonis in the bar, and also the housekeepers and kitchen staff. Kalymnos is very special welcoming island with a lovely friendly atmosphere. Looking forward very much to going back next year.

From the moment you arrived at the hotel you felt relaxed. If you are after a relaxing calm holiday then look no further. We were on a package holiday and were met by staff as we got off the bus. They took our luggage from us and put it to our room. A welcome drink followed by a happy welcome from Ereni. We stayed for a week but wished it was longer. The hotel could not do enough for its guests. Whether it was complimentary water/fruit by the pool or booking taxis/restaurant reservations for you. Nothing was an issue. My husband travelled with a bad back. They organised a massage for him and we went on a private taxi tour around the island (highly recommended. The guide was amazing and was aware of my husbands back so always made sure he was fine climbing steps etc). A great way to see the island and learn a locals knowledge of where he grew up. The cleaners, pool bar and restaurant staff were always friendly and again, couldn't do enough for you. Food at lunch and dinner was lovely. If I could name all the staff then I would. They were all so good. I would return tomorrow if I could. Highly recommended hotel.

We spent another fantastic 10 nights at the hotel in early July. This is the 3rd time we've stayed here & everyone is so welcoming from the moment you arrive. The attention to detail is 2nd to none. All the team are a credit to the hotel & that's what makes it so good, from the friendly team on reception that cant do enough for you to the pool bar team, that know exactly what you want before you do. Fantastic hotel, that once you've been, you will want to keep coming back & that's exactly what we're doing for next year.
