Zephyros Hotel in Mirteai

It’s our second time in kalymnos and special Zephyros hotel!!!
We been there for 2 weeks vacation- we can’t thank them enough for their hospitality and help with the room and just to make us happy!!!
Special thank to Katarina (?) from reception-sorry if I misspelled your name- to the girl who was in charge of cappuccino and the lady in charge of olives 🤗

We recently enjoyed an 8 night stay at Hotel Zephyros in Kalymnos and had a wonderful time. Our room with the sea view was spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable. All the staff were so very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Katerina who replied very promptly to all my email queries prior to our stay and Eva who alongside Katerina provided an excellent helpful and friendly service at reception. Thank you all so much for such a delightful holiday and we hope to return soon.

We had 7 nights in Room 209 on the first floor. It's a lovely sea-view room. You can sit in bed and listen to the sea and look across to Telendos. The bathroom was very spacious with a large walk-in shower. The room was spacious too with a large comfortable bed and nice furniture. The towels were changed daily and the linen frequently. There was a nice balcony too. The only fault I could find was the lack of anywhere to dry your beach things. The variety at breakfast was really excellent, and the food was very nice. The only juice available was some watery peach juice which was disappointing. The ladies on reception were very helpful and friendly. We hired a car from there for two days which was very easy to do and Katerina gave us some advice about driving on the island. You can ask at reception for pool towels to take across the road to the sister hotel the Kalypso. I really don't know how they can provide what they do for the price we paid. It was unbeatable value. There's a great bar/cafe next door but one called the Nefeli. It has the most gorgeous garden and the two brothers and father runnning it are lovely. Don't miss it,

Nice clean hotel , staff very friendly. Ideally situated for a big choice of bars and restaurant's handy for the ferry to Tolendos too.

Clean and modern hotel. Good service and very nice breakfest. Two nice beach close by.

The hotel is in an excellent location with tavernas and beaches nearby. Also it’s a 5 min walk to catch the ferry to Telendos ( a must to visit and only 3 euros) the hotel was very clean and the maid Maria did a fantastic job. The receptionist Katerina was so friendly and helpful and gave lots of tips for travelling to different islands from Kalymnos. It was our 1st visit to this hotel but we enjoyed it so much we have booked again for next Aug 26. Highly recommend it. No complaints at all.

We had a wonderful 9 night stay in this hotel. It was absolutely wonderful. We had previously stayed in this same hotel 32 years ago, before the refurbishment and new owner. The staff were always so polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel and our bedroom were spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the breakfast where there was a large choice on offer and something for everyone. We like the situation of this hotel and as we love spending time on Telendos, the hotel is very near to where you get the boat. Loads of lovely restaurants nearby. Although the hotel didn’t have its own pool, it shared a pool with the hotel 2 minutes across the road, which worked out well. We only realised at the end of the holiday, that the hotel provides towels for pool use. Only 1 improvement I could think of would be to have stronger and better coffee at breakfast! With better quality coffee, I would have given this hotel 6 stars! 😉

Lovely hotel, spotless and very comfortable. Katarina on reception was brilliant, full of local information, recommendations etc. Breakfast was excellent and had a good choice. We were only there 2 nights, not long enough so we will definitely return!

I can’t believe what a gem this hotel is! Top credit to the staff for making our vacation even more enjoyable! From the good advice on the island to the help with the medical advice and checking out! Can’t wait to see you guys soon! We are booked for the last week of July and first week of August! What a wonderful time we had! The words can’t describe how grateful we are

Such an amazing hotel. So modern and spotlessly clean. Rooms are spacious with lovely seating areas on the balconies, free toiletries including toothpaste, toothbrush, moisturiser and razor, along with wonderful olive oil shampoo and shower gel. All staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast very good and a very quiet hotel. Be back in June, cannot wait
