Beautiful location, fantastic swimming pool and right on the beach. Would have been 4/5 stars had it not been for the following issues: Firstly, no designated smoking areas meant that the eating area was quite smokey at times from smokers sitting on the verandah which isn’t very nice when eating breakfast or sitting in the lounge area. Secondly, a word of advice if you have paid a deposit make sure...

Smokers spoil the experience for the non-smokers. The shared indoor spaces are smoke-filled all day long. If you have lung disease, or airways sensitivity, this hotel poses challenges. The management are powerless to control the environment in the shared indoor spaces due to smokers lighting up in the shared dining area. We were looking for a hotel to relax in for three nights before chartering a boat from Lefkada for a week. It was exactly what we hoped it would be. The staff were friendly, the room simple but clean and had everything we needed, the pool was lovely and a short walk to some excellent tavernas. We'd definitely visit again.

As the title of this review implies this hotel was perfect for us. The location is beautiful, I could not believe that I was privileged enough to wake up the that view every morning. The rooms are basic but sufficient and are kept spotlessly clean. Clean towels every day and clean sheets every other day. The beds are comfy and there is enough space to store clothing. We had a very enjoyable week's holiday in Lefkada in mid-July and this was enhanced by our stay at the Hotel Porto Ligia. The hotel is in an excellent location and always plenty of sunbeds available. Thalero was such a wonderful peaceful retreat. So the studio ( soon to be modernised) was older … the furniture was well loved . However, the cleanliness was the best I have ever encountered whilst travelling abroad . Better than all 5* properties!!! It had everything in the studio you could want. Great Aircon Great WiFi access . Very hot showers. Clean bedding Spotlessly large swimming pool....

It is a very well decorated and comfortable appartement. The personel is welcoming and the arrival is straightforward. It is located walking distance to the shore which offers a beautiful scenery. The pool is pretty as well. Very good price/quality.

We had the best stay. Comfortable spacious rooms, friendly helpful staff, beautiful swimming pool and setting. Reasonably priced tasty bar snacks. Wide variety of drinks. Ice cream that is out of this world. We come back every year. Can’t fault it.

Stayed here in August 2025 with my family and loved it! Fresh, tasty food with plenty of choice, spotless rooms, and a super friendly Greek family running the hotel. Relaxed atmosphere, great location, and excellent value for money. If the rooms were slightly renovated or refreshed, my rating would be a perfect 10/10. Would definitely come back!

I'm going to take my time with this review because the place really deserves it. In my opinion, it was like being in paradise. Full of green, trees and even super adorable kittens. The facilities are super comfortable, each room has a balcony, the incredible pool and next to it a bar to have a drink. Very nice hotel with wonderfully friendly staff and impeccable cleanliness. The staff does everything in their power to make you have a very pleasant holidays. Location is a bit in a quiet town but this is a perfect location for a quiet, relaxed getaway.

Good hotel to stay for 1-2 weeks in Lefkada, and visit the Island. Rooma are clean, staff is kind and respectfull, nice pool, nice garden, and also nice rooms. That is a good choice, we have a lovely week here!

We have just spent ten days staying in this lovely little hotel. Our room (No 2) was ideal for us. On a corner, first floor, with double doors on two sides onto a nice balcony overlooking the pool.
