From the minute you arrive at Porto Galini, it is nothing short of spectacular. Luggage taken from you and taken to your room the minute you arrive, even just the smell in reception was so lovely. It was the 7th time visiting the hotel, as the previous years we had the best experience in the hotel in all sections. Unfortunately this year things changed. Some of previous facilities changed like for example the amenities at the room(some were used when we arrived), towels removed from the beach feeling that there was a beach police, some things that needed renovation especially the antisliders...

Fantastic hotel and facilities. Food was one of the best buffet style offerings we’ve ever stayed in, well cooked, presented and fresh. Our daughter booked a four night stay here for us. It was fantastic. The views from every part of the outside area and our room are incredible. Normally we live on our boat at the marina. We decided to spend several nights here with extended family. So glad we did. Such a friendly comfortable place with great facilities. The food was excellent and good value as was the bar. The hotel staff couldn’t do enough for us. Vasiliki at reception was especially helpful. We will definitely regulate in future .

The environment is very good. I took my family on vacation and had a very comfortable stay. This hotel was also recommended by a friend. It is also close to the city center and it was a very good stay experience.

We stayed here for 8 nights. The suites are super nice, new and very spacious. Good quality services, very nice and clean pool, good breakfast and super friendly staff. The suites also have 2 bathrooms, which was helpful for 4 persons. Now it became a benchmark for other places that I am looking for in my trips to beautiful Greek islands 🤗.

Staff were rude. Pool was closed during lunchtime would not recommend it.

The stone buildings and charming layout of the hotel really made it feel different from standard resorts. It had a boutique feel, with traditional touches that added character. It made our stay feel more authentic and memorable.

Our room was larger than expected, and we loved the balcony overlooking the water. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and housekeeping kept it that way every day. Definitely one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in on the islands.

Crystal Waters is a superb hotel in a great location, minutes from the sea. On arrival, the staff could not have been more helpful. They spoke perfect English and with a smile. The room was smaller than we thought it may have been, however we did get an upgrade to a room with a plunge pool which was lovely. The room had everything you needed in it including a fridge. I loved everything about Crystal Waters. The location was great as in Lefkada you need to rent a car and just travel the island anyway. A few min drive to town. The hotel is divided into two main areas with their pools and some housing that is spread on the hillside. I stayed in 3 different rooms and loved everyone. The team was amazing and upgraded my stay. Staff are friendly, family run business and very helpful, room was always clean and the pool looked amazing though we didn't get time to use it, enjoyed breakfast buffet which they had a good array of Greek items to try including halva, bougatsa, kritsinia, pites etc.

We booked a room at this wonderful hotel in July 2022 and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is very clean , the people who own and work at the hotel are amazing , very kind and open and are doing a fantastic job trying to please everyone . This is a welcoming family-run hotel on the edge of Nikiana. The owners were very patient and encouraging with my husband's attempts at spoken and written Greek. The rooms were spread up a hillside and were clean and spacious. Breakfast looked more impressive than it tasted: there was a wide range of sweet things (too sweet-looking for our taste), plus cooked food, but the only fresh fruit was grapes...

What a find for our 10 night stay. Panos and all the staff are so helpful and friendly and so welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Everything was ok, clean room,A/C worked flawlessly, ensuring a pleasant stay even in warm weather. My private balcony was a great spot to unwind with a nice view. The room service was excellent, and the hotel staff was genteel and helpful.

The best value for money hotel I have ever visited (and due to frequent business trips, I've been to a lot). The stuff was friendly and professional and the cleaning ladies were full of charming personality. I wish I could stay longer, but you should.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. In walking distance to everything you need for your vacation (beach, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy) but not on the main road, which can be super busy. This is a really nice hotel that with a few tweaks would be excellent. The staff are wonderful , especially Madalena and Anna. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. However, there are no mirrors in the bedroom , only the bathroom and no dressing table, just a desk with a tv over it. We had a lovely stay at Thomais Boutique Hotel! The rooms are modern, fully equipped and perfectly clean. The room we booked wasn't available, so we got a free upgrade to the suite with a lovely terrace. The breakfast was extensive with fresh products and different delicacies every day. The staff was very kind. In short, a very pleasant place to stay!

V cool , family run hotel with a fabulous breakfast & very helpful hosts !! A car would help getting around as restaurants & shopping areas are not within walking distance, there is however a fab taxi avail with Tommy at Lefkas Taxi Services.

The host is amazing like the place we chose for a long weekend in Lefkada: an small Heaven on Earth! The room is clean and it has everything you need (towels, hairdryer, ...) and it includes a kitchen with gingham crockery, pans and refrigerator. The view from the room is something special and you can see the sea.

a wonderful place managed by a great person. we went there two times (the first one 3 years ago and the last one last july) and we are planning to go another time next summer. the rooms are really chic, the seaside view is stunning and the private beach is very nice. in a nutshell we love agnadi suites!
