Crystal Waters in Nikiana

Wow - we love this hotel. This is our 2nd time here and will definitely stay again. The hotel is wonderful, the rooms are lovely. We had a 2 bedroom suite for 4 people and it was lovely. Shout out to the staff who are so welcoming and helpful - they can’t do enough for you. Christo from the restaurant and his team are all amazing - Apostolos, Tsenario, Ioanna and Faidra to name a few but all great. The breakfast was great and again, if we wanted something specific, the staff would always try to accommodate us.
We had a car so we travelled a lot to the different beaches so spent a lot of time away from the hotel. However, when we spent time at the pool, again, it was welcoming and relaxing.
Our flight to London is very late and they allowed us to keep our room until late afternoon - for us this is real customer service.

Our stay at Crystal Waters Lefkada was truly exceptional! We are so happy to find this wonderful resort at Lefkada Island. Most of all we would like to point out the outstanding service staff especially from Genario, Loullietta, Faidra, Apostolis, Andriana, Ahmed and Christos....we have been in lots of places around the world and believe us, they do a fabulous service, always friendly, always polite, very service minded. The second topic we would like to point out is the cleaniness of the rooms, the very delicious breakfast and dinner at Duende and the Pool servce they provide. It was a fabulous idea to install mosquito protection for each window and sliding Doors... Trust us... This you will not miss.. thank you to Crystal waters and the entire team making our vacation an unforgettable one.
Just one topic we unfortunately need to mention is the fact that our bedroom faced the streer. The Trash cans have been emptied almost every night around 4/5 am. It was indeed very noisy and we woke up. We will book your hotel again but will ask for another room far away from the road...

Crystal Waters is a superb hotel in a great location, minutes from the sea. On arrival, the staff could not have been more helpful. They spoke perfect English and with a smile. The room was smaller than we thought it may have been, however we did get an upgrade to a room with a plunge pool which was lovely. The room had everything you needed in it including a fridge. The pool areas are lovely and spotless and the pool water is crystal clear. The restaurants have amazing staff as well as superb chefs. The menus were perfect and the food did not disappoint either. The prices were also very fair too and not over inflated at all. All in all, this holiday was just amazing. There are plenty of local restaurants nearby too if you want to share your love with the locals. Thankyou crystal Waters. You were simply the best

We had an amazing stay at Crystal Waters! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making every moment enjoyable. A special thank you to Christos, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The property is beautiful, spotless, and relaxing—truly a little piece of paradise. Thanks to Christos and the entire team, our experience was unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

My friends and I stayed at the hotel for a week during September 2021 and really enjoyed it. The rooms are perfect, clean, and really nicely decorated.
The hotel staff was courteous and very service-minded and was always there for us with a high standard of service that not seen anywhere!
The hotel has 3 different pools that designed stunningly .
The rooms have cozy balconies with beautiful view.
Breakfast is really good.
I highly recommend this hotel and we will for sure return to it with the first opportunity we’ll have.

We couldn't have asked for a nicer place . Spectacular resort, amazing breakfast , beautiful rooms , pool bar and extremely helpful and friendly staff. If you are in lefkada this place is a must. The best place on the island

If you are going to Lefkada this hotel is the best one to stay. From the beginning till the end of our stay everything was perfect. The check in went smooth and we received a warm welcome from the staff. We booked a room with our own pool. Loved it to wake up in the morning to do some yoga and cool off in the pool. The whole resort and the rooms are so clean and well maintained. The rooms are so stylish. Enough sunbeds by the pool.
The breakfast is a buffet style and there are lots of choice .
Also healthy choices which i always prefer.
The staff is really the first thing you come back for and the pool staff makes your pool day complete. Hope to come back soon.

IMO this is the best hotel near Lefkada, so I give him 5* (but I should give 4*).  Rooms are clean, personnel are very kind, prices are OK, but: pools are not heated, there are no (or not many) vegan opinions on breakfast and in restaurants (exple: no vegan milk). One of the restaurants was closed, and the second beach bar also . You must go every time to the beach bar if you want something - from one of the pools (by a closed restaurant) you must go 2 minutes to order coffee or something to eat. Every day breakfast is the same. Restaurant is ok, but for sure not the best on the island. There is no minibar in the room. You must go everyday for a new beach towel to reception and return at the end of the day. One one more thing: i want rent a scooter, they have company who cooperate with them - price in hotel was 5€ more/day than on website of rent company. They are talking about insurance, but on website there is info about full insurance... But for sure it is a good hotel, I think it is one of the best on Lefkada.
