Agnadi Suites in Nikiana

This was supposed to be our dream holiday, two weeks in a private villa with pool, with great pictures and reviews, but it is all misleading, the place is cold and unwelcoming and the owner is rude and unhelpful. Many of the photos are of the rooms or facilities in the other villas, when we arrived there was no sofa, so no where to sit of an evening. There were very few 'basics', nothing ' homely' about the place ( no soft furnishings, no pictures on the walls, no soft lighting... NO BATHPLUGS). It was like being in a prison miles from nowhere up a very steep mountain. Suffice to say we booked into a hotel in Nidri for 2 nights the first week, and left 3 days early, staying in a Preveza apartment which had all the things the villa is missing. Save your money and give this particular villa a wide berth, there are so many much nicer places to stay in Lefkada!
