Great hotel, with a great service and very close to the center of Nidri. Very close to the beach (300 meters), 5 minutes walk. The rooms are great, with balcony that have a great view of the sea. The hotel staff is very helpful and on point with everything you need. They offer food and drinks with normal prices. Really great experience on this hotel, and I will recommend to everyone.

We spent a wonderful 5 nights at this hotel. Our room was on the 2nd floor - with a huge balcony, overlooking the pool, sea and islands. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice. Just returned after a brilliant week at The Oasis Hotel. George and his family were very welcoming. He went above and beyond for us, driving us down to the ferry when no taxi was available. Basic but clean and comfortable room and en-suite. No lounge area for poor weather but for fine beach days it was excellent.

My wife and I stayed at Avra for two weeks in Sept 2025. From reading other reviews giving it a zero I have to question what planet some people are on. It is a 2.5/3 star hotel and restaurant. The host is amazing like the place we chose for a long weekend in Lefkada: an small Heaven on Earth! The room is clean and it has everything you need (towels, hairdryer, ...) and it includes a kitchen with gingham crockery, pans and refrigerator. The view from the room is something special and you can see the sea.

Smokers spoil the experience for the non-smokers. The shared indoor spaces are smoke-filled all day long. If you have lung disease, or airways sensitivity, this hotel poses challenges. The management are powerless to control the environment in the shared indoor spaces due to smokers lighting up in the shared dining area. We were looking for a hotel to relax in for three nights before chartering a boat from Lefkada for a week. It was exactly what we hoped it would be. A stunning hotel in Agios Nikitas Lefcada. Away from the noisy centre, with the most beautiful view and quiet. Spacecious rooms with lots of air and light. Wonderful place to be at least once! The little village restaurant and shops are charming. The Milos beach in my opinion is one of the best the only way to access is via boat or hiking for 20 minutes. The downside is they don’t clean the village beach so this is extremely bad because is very small and busy. In conclusion the best place to be if you have no car.

Best village but too much people in august

The nicest place to stay if you are traveling to Lefkada. It's a very quiet little village with a lot of restaurants right on the beach. Peacefulness is partly attributed to the fact that cars are not allowed in the village. Most accommodations have a sea view. Located close to most of popular beaches on the island. Highly recommended!

Best of the best. Quality, personnel, cleaning, location. Could be better with a parking as in the high season you might find to park really far away and on the street but nevertheless I would stay again and again here without even thinking of it

Perfect hotel! The room was very clean, spacious and well decorated. From the balcony we could see the whole Vasiliki village and also the sea. Breakfast had a variety of foods anf also fresh fruits. The pool was very clean and safe for my kids.

The hotel is situated close to all amenities-shops, bars, restaurants, ferry terminal, beach etc. The owners are really helpful and go over and above to make you welcome Room was a good size with a balcony, fridge and a shower that didn't flood the bathroom( so unusual in Greece)! I could highly recommend this hotel. It is nice and clean with an amazing swimming pool. As it is in the middle of the island we can easily reach the west and a south part of Lefkada.We discussed that we would return soon with our children. Thanks to Vlasis and Christos for everything!

Amazing place. This is family owned and the service was off the charts. Chris and Vlassi go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay and have everything you need. Great breakfast buffet as well. Plenty of beautiful famous beaches around, short drives, and only a quick 5 minute walk to downtown Nydri as well.

I even saw the owner handling a crazy customer really peaceful, incredibly patient. True profesionals, happy to help with little advice or anything we needed. The rooms are clean and modern and the staff is very friendly. It's a family business. Good area, close to taverns and beach. The building is new but I hope that in the future more attention will be paid to the outside - it should plant some plants, arrange 1-2 areas with chairs, etc. It looks like an unfinished place. The pool didn't work when I was there.
