Where to stay in Nydri

The location was 10 minutes walk from central area and/or beach. Sea view room, with nice balcony in the shade. Overall the room was clean and nice with working AC that was more than welcomed. The road to the accomodation is challenging a bit, very steep hill.

I spent 4 nights in San Lazzaro on a fishing trip in late May 2025. Amazing, well equiped and spacious room with great price and amazing view. Eirini is a super friendly host. We had some issue with the water on Sunday night but she resolved it by herself. Kudos for that. :)

The hotel was astonishing. The views from the balcony were breathtaking . The staff are very polite, kind and friendly . I recommend it!

The view from my room was amazing. The place is very clean. It is near with Nidri town like 10 or 15 minutes by foot. The staff was very friendly. Near are small beaches very beautiful to discover. The prices are reasonable but the only thing i didnt liked is the enter of the hotel. It was very very steep and you should drive carefuly. Appart this every thing is ok and i would definitely come back...

Located in a quiet area, nice place, very slow internet and road access to the hotel is badly. No elevator.

Great hotel, with a great service and very close to the center of Nidri. Very close to the beach (300 meters), 5 minutes walk. The rooms are great, with balcony that have a great view of the sea. The hotel staff is very helpful and on point with everything you need. They offer food and drinks with normal prices. Really great experience on this hotel, and I will recommend to everyone.

We spent a wonderful 5 nights at this hotel. Our room was on the 2nd floor - with a huge balcony, overlooking the pool, sea and islands. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice. We had a wonderful stay at Nidri at Santa Maura. The hotel was just in the centre so we didn’t have to use the car as all. We had our 2 babies with us so the room had enough space and a cot. We spent few days in this beautiful family host hotel, everything was perfect from the polite owner to the clean rooms. Sheets and Towels were changed everyday, breakfast was various and plenty. We suggest this hotel to everyone searching for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, right in the center, yet with no disturbance from the main street noise. The host is friendly and always quick to respond. The place itself is comfortable, with daily cleaning in the room. The parking is conveniently close by.

I could highly recommend this hotel. It is nice and clean with an amazing swimming pool. As it is in the middle of the island we can easily reach the west and a south part of Lefkada.We discussed that we would return soon with our children. Thanks to Vlasis and Christos for everything!

Amazing place. This is family owned and the service was off the charts. Chris and Vlassi go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay and have everything you need. Great breakfast buffet as well. Plenty of beautiful famous beaches around, short drives, and only a quick 5 minute walk to downtown Nydri as well.

Can't find the right words to describe our experience. First of all, the staff is friendly, empathetic, hard working and very customer oriented. The rooms are clean and modern and the staff is very friendly. It's a family business. Good area, close to taverns and beach. The building is new but I hope that in the future more attention will be paid to the outside - it should plant some plants, arrange 1-2 areas with chairs, etc. It looks like an unfinished place. The pool didn't work when I was there.

I’ve spent one week here on holiday and for sure I would recommend Hotel Oscar - very nice and friendly staff, good accommodation and standard. The place is peaceful and clean but also affordable at the same time, I felt very comfortable there.

We booked for 3 nights via phone reservation. Everything was shorted quickly and with excellent understanding from their part. My wife and I stayed at Avra for two weeks in Sept 2025. From reading other reviews giving it a zero I have to question what planet some people are on. It is a 2.5/3 star hotel and restaurant. Very good hotel for a small price. The stuff is very friendly and good reachable. The location is perfect. Very nice place. Clean! Every day girls visit and clean the room. Free Parking space in front of the place, which is important because in Nydri there is no parking, ot they charge it. Only went to this hotel to have a look for my daughter. It's a new building and tastefully decorated and modern. A lady happily let me have a look around. Its right next to a pebbly beach and off from the main road, lots of taverna and shops around.
