The main issue here is the lack of space. Common areas and the beach section are extremely small, and during busy periods, it’s nearly impossible to find a spot to relax — let alone move around comfortably. Customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority; requests are either ignored or handled with little interest. Privacy is also lacking, so if you’re looking for peace and a sense of personal space, this is not the place. The reality is far from what the photos suggest, and for this price range, there are far better options available.

The main problem is the lack of space. The common areas and beach section are extremely small, and during busy periods, it’s hard to even find room to move, let alone relax. There are serious shortcomings in customer satisfaction; requests are made but not taken into consideration. Privacy is almost nonexistent, making it unsuitable for those seeking peace and a private atmosphere during their holiday. There is a significant gap between what is shown in the photos and what you actually experience. At this price range, there are far better options available.

This hotel is beautifully situated right by the beach and Vasiliki Marina. The beds are extremely comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly, and everything is spotlessly clean—truly everything you need for a relaxing stay. The hosts are warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The town offers all the conveniences you could wish for: rental shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and even a small water park right on the beach.

Location was great, walking distance from all the restaurants and bars and close to Porto Katsiki and Egremni beach.
The hotel itself has a private beach but we did not use it. Room was cleaned daily and was in a good condition. Young owners were nice and welcoming.

the owners are constantly watching you, they come into your room whenever they want without asking or knocking, even if you are in the shower! inflexible, arrogant, very bad experience and I do not recommend it to anyone. resort? it is not a resort at all, it is a regular room, the owners turn off the air conditioning in the middle of the season, the beach is right by the port! not worth the money, I do not recommend it!

we advise against it, avoid this resort which is not a resort and arrogant owners who go to the room whenever they want and in the middle of a hot summer of 40+ degrees they turn off the air conditioning. very rude owners, shout at guests and go into guests' rooms whenever they want! very bad, as long as possible!

Structure located in a strategic place, kind staff, especially the owner and the gentleman who served the umbrellas; absolutely rude instead the mother of the owner who at our check out agreed for 13 with the owner, already at 12 yelled asking us to leave the room immediately. Too bad to lose points for these small details ... however at 13.05 punctually and as agreed we left the structure..

I arrived and there was nobody to help at reception. The owner was at the beach. When she arrived back 15 mins later, I was told I had to pay an extra 20 euros because we were 1 adult and 2 children…. Even though I had booked for the correct number of people. I paid her the 20 euros as I was too tired to argue.
The room only had towels, pillows and sheets for two people instead of 3. My sheet was dirty.
I was sent a feedback form that evening so I filled it in saying the check-in hadn’t gone well.
The following morning, the hotel owner was aggressive and really cross that I hadn’t given her a glowing review. She told me I had to change it. The argument went on for at least 20 mins. She refused to book me a taxi.
I think if you are looking for a basic hotel for if you are going windsurfing all day, this hotel would be fine. Just don’t expect any niceness.

We didn't stayed at the hotel we just bought coffee from their cafe and we asked for my coffee to be light with just one shot and they ignored my request. It was strong as hell. Then i went again because i thought it was just a mistake. I asked again for a light coffee and they did it again so strong i couldn't drink it.
