Limanaki Hotel in Lassi

Sorry it’s late, just wanted to say thank you for another amazing holiday at Hotel Limanaki. We went in late August 2025 (for ten days this time, we went for 7 days the year before), we’re a family of 4 with 2 daughters aged 6 and 9 at the time. My girls love it at Limanaki and all the staff are so nice and good with them (and us!), so we’re very grateful for that. It’s a short, scenic journey from the airport to get to the hotel which is good after a long day and a flight! We stayed in a sea view room with a pool and the terrace and we got a lot of use out of it! The kids loved going from the pool at our room, down to the beach, back up to the main pool (every day pretty much!). The rooms are so nice and really well kept, the maids and Gabriel were really nice and helpful. We went to Lassi and Argostoli quite a bit and they’re both lovely places, Lassi for the beaches and Argostoli for wandering around, going to the shops, walking along the harbour and having some food (although the food and atmosphere at the hotel is very nice, with good variety). Very cheap and quick taxi from the hotel (which they arrange for you at reception!) to get to and from both Argostoli and Lassi (although we walked up to Lassi a few times) and the lighthouse is a nice walk as well. We booked within a month to return again at the start of August 2026 and we can’t wait… Look forward to seeing everyone again and another amazing 10 days at Limanaki.

This was our third visit to this hotel and already booked for next Summer. Nothing is too much effort for this family run hotel and the evening meals are amazing; so much so that we generally eat there every evening of our 2 week holiday. My favourites are the calamari and chicken a la creme and the portions are generous. The rooms are bright and airy and we choose the rooms with a sea view as I love watching the cruise liners heading to and from Argostoli. If you are keen on a walk then you can walk to Argostoli via the lighthouse, we don't rush and often stop at a bar on the way. We have walked to Lassi but the walk isn't necessarily as pretty and you need to be aware of traffic. The Dolphin supermarket towards Lassi is good for any snacks you might want.

Stayed at Liminaki Hotel end September, beginning October 2025. A truly lovely hotel. Friendly, attentive staff who couldn't do enough for you. Rooms are immaculate and cleaned every day. We stayed half board, and the breakfast was simply lovely. Yes, the variety wasn't huge, but what was there was fresh and plentiful. Location, as previously reviewed is somewhat remote. A car is probably needed to fully access most amenities, though walking is not impossible. Would suggest you take a light of some sort if you do walk the roads in the dark, just to highlight your presence. The small cove at the hotel was perfect for early morning swims, and the on site shower on return meant that you knew you were not traipsing mess into the hotel. We had a car for 7 days, and there was always plenty of parking available at any hour. A genuinely lovely hotel. Would almost certainly say we will be back.

This was our second stay in Lassi and we came back to this hotel because we loved it so much the first time two years ago. We had a pool view room again by choice. rooms are spotless, very modern, bright and airy. the cleaners will be in and out of your room with lightning speed while you are at breakfast! breakfast is enjoyed inside or outside overlooking the beautiful pool area. no sunbed hogging here. most people are out and about for the day as we were, as we hired a car airport to airport but we never stuggled to get a sunbed if we needed one at the end of the day. The hotel is a good 25-30 minute walk (at a good pace) to Lassi centre however plenty of people are seen doing this walk and its a nice easy and not really busy stroll. for us it was worth it for the stunning and quiet location of the hotel. lassi is also the perfect base to explore the island. having previously stayed in skala and Katelios we loved been so close to the capital here which is lovely to visit day and night. its also a very quick transfer from the airport. I really cannot fault anything about this hotel. for the price we paid for the week we really felt like we had had a treat. the staff work tirelessly and quietly in the background to ensure you have the holiday you deserve! The back of the hotel was in the middle of expansion and renovation in 2023. We were amazed with how it now looks with the rooms and suites overlooking the Ionian Sea!! The hotel however still retains its small and unique feel. We visited the third week in September and the hotel, Lassi and Kefalonia itself was still very young busy which we were surprised but delighted with . We will be back to Lassi and we will Always choose to stay here if we can

Beautiful place..so peaceful and relaxing. No loud music round pool, breakfast was lovely with proper mugs for tea and coffee, fresh fruit and lovely pastries etc . Room was kept spotless by the cheery cleaning ladies, all staff were polite and lovely Ana on reception explained everything to us on arrival.Really can’t find any negatives at all.. thank you for having us hope to return one day love from room 111 xx

We stayed at this hotel from 11-25 September quality we can say that it was fabulous, the entire place was spotless both inside and out the pool area was excellent and again spotless and well maintained. The small garden area's were kept very tidy and again well maintained. The staff were all amazing and couldn't do enough for you and we would like to especially mention Reception Lady's Sassa and Ana,Barmen+ Kostas,Costos and Manos,the two wonderful Cleaners and the multi tasking Kitchen/Garden flower lady(so sorry I never got your names) . We had lots of meals in, and the quality was always very good. This is an ideal place for a quiet relaxing holiday away from the hussel and bussell and we would recommend to everyone. As soon you arrive at reception you are made to feel sooo welcome. Every member of staff from receptionist, bar/restaurant staff, room maids , the owners are so friendly and helpful and would do anything for you. Hotel is spotless ,well maintained inside and outside. so peaceful and definitely no negatives at all xx

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was small and family run and all the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were nice, good was great. The little beach nearby was nice and we saw turtles, seals and dolphins. Argostoli was nice to visit but Lassi was a little place but had nice restaurants. Pool at hotel was clean and you could always get a lounger. Drinks were expensive but it didn't spoil anything.

There isn’t a single thing about this beautiful family run hotel that we could find fault with. The customer service is just phenomenal absolutely nothing is too much trouble for any member of this incredible team. The restaurant serves a fantastic breakfast and lovely home cooked meals at lunch and dinner. I’d highly recommend the suite with private pool if available as we simply didn’t want to leave to explore anywhere else. However we did have an amazing drive to Assos which I’d highly recommend. Also argostoli is well worth a visit. Ask Sassa on reception regarding car hire which was very cheap. I had a nasty fall whilst there and the care, attention and kindness I received was amazing. I have nothing but praise for this lovely hotel. From the welcome from the reception staff , the restaurant and the outstanding cleanliness , our experience was amazing. It has a lovely pool area, stunning cove and within walkable distance to argostoli. A taxi is 9 euro if you prefer not to walk. A perfect 10
