Mykonos Moussa Suites in Agios Ioannis

The best stay of my life, if you prefer a quieter experience away from the bustling center. The resort owners made me feel right at home. The rooms were well-landscaped and offered stunning views of the ocean. I’ll definitely be returning when I visit Mykonos again. I love the culture and traditions of the islands.

The place is clean. The view from the balcony is amazing! Not only did they provide both transfert from the Airport and to the Old port, but the rides were transformed into mini guided tours of the island providing useful insights and tips .Until the last minute, i was able to add beautiful pictures to my collection and cool memories of my very short trip to Mykonos.

Staying at Mykonos Moussa was more than just a vacation — it was a meaningful, once-in-a-lifetime experience. From the moment we arrived, George, the host, made us feel incredibly welcomed and valued. He personally picked us up from the ferry port and, on the drive to the hotel, treated us to a fascinating historical tour of the island. The way he shared stories about Mykonos’ architecture and Greek history showed a deep pride in his heritage and made the journey feel like stepping into a living museum.

George and his family have poured heart and soul into creating Mykonos Moussa, and it’s evident in every detail — from the beautifully designed rooms and thoughtfully chosen furniture to the high-quality products and warm, personalized touches throughout the property. Every aspect of our stay reflected a deep commitment to hospitality, comfort, and authenticity.

Mykonos Moussa wasn’t just a place to stay — it became a highlight of our entire trip and a cherished memory. If you’re looking for more than just a hotel, but a genuine connection to the culture, people, and spirit of Greece, staying here is an experience you’ll never forget.

Great Stay and Amazing Owner!
We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. They even took us around the area by car, which was really nice and helpful. During our stay, they were very caring and made sure we had everything we needed. It felt very comfortable. We would happily come back!

The location is simply fantastic. We stayed for multiple nights, but because it was before peak season, we were upgraded to an ocean view suite for €70 per night. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and just watching the sky change colors from morning to night was satisfying. The azure beach is a three-minute walk away, and there are several restaurants and a small grocery store within walking distance. Not only were they happy to pick us up from the airport for free, but they also drove us around Mykonos, which was a delight. They were also kind enough to drive us to our next hotel, and we really appreciated their kindness. The only downside was that the high-performance shower didn't have hot water on both nights, so we had to shiver while taking showers in the cool mornings.

Owner George and his family are so welcoming and helpful and treated me like family. I was apprehensive about travelling solo for the first time, but George ensured each day that I was ok, and helped if I needed anything. George picked me up from the airport and gave me a mini tour of the area and lots of interesting facts about the island. The accommodation (side sea view suite) was perfect for what I needed, with a lovely view of the sea and a fabulous patio area. Well equipped and everything you need with a few additional extras which were very much appreciated. The suite was very clean and fresh towels delivered daily. Bed very comfy and extra pillows brought without asking when they noticed I like a lot of pillows. Agios Ioannis is a really lovely quiet area, but within easy distance to Mykanos town. The bus stops outside of the property which is very handy. Nice walk to Kapari Beach. Locally there are three beach restaurants with sunbeds, and a lovely taverna just down the road called Vasilikos, which isn't as flashy, serves lovely food and the staff are extremely friendly. Little mini market also just down the road, which stocks cold drinks, ice creams, toiletries and snacks. Agios Ioannis or Shirley Valentine beach is lovely, sunbeds available from the beach clubs or further down there's a small cove which is a great spot to put your towel down and go for a swim. George made many great recommendations for things to do, places to see and restaurants to visit and helped with renting an ATV (which is a great way to see the islands natural beauty). I had a wonderful stay and really valued the homely, relaxed atmosphere.

This place is beyond amazing!

It's just a few hundred yards from a small beach, which in this place means you're up on a hill with epic views, and I mean EPIC!!! George, the owner of the place, might be the nicest human that has been born yet. We have never had service quite like his. He offered great ideas for daily adventures and then helped with all the details of executing them. He even found out that it was my wife's birthday and brought a cake. He'd candled it with sparklers, and then we had a great laugh when she couldn't blow them out! Absolutely wonderful experience!!! We want want want to go back, and Moussa Suites is our forever choice!!!

Mr George was wonderful, he best service, delightful food and the room was lovely. I could not have asked more from him and the hotel, and Mykonos was amazing thanks to his suggestions. If I come back we will book here again

Great place to stay for 2 person.
George, the owner, made our stay wonderful. He was super friendly and very supportive, sharing key tips about Mykonos. The only small suggestion would be to improve the size of the wash basin, as it was a bit too small.
