Halcyon Suites and Villas Hotel in Naxos Chora

We visited Naxos for the first time in 2025. We checked into Halcyon Suites for just 4 nights in late September and had a great time there. Travelling as a couple and a friend from Sydney we stayed in a three bedroom suite and we loved it.

We came to Naxos experience food and wine and we found Halycon suites extremely clean, spacious and enjoyable.

We had everything we needed for a self catered stay.

We are well very travelled and have very high standards and found the place to be really great for our needs. Cleaners came through every day when we were out leaving fresh towels and making the place tidy.

Manoli our host was very helpful, we loved the valley views and our breakfast of eggs, fruit, toast, coffee, juice, cake and yoghurt was always promptly served as if from a home cooked kitchen.

We particularly loved the separate levels, big bathrooms and roomy layout which gave us each privacy and and plenty of room for packing and unpacking, lounging, dressing, dining, sitting outside and even cooking late night pastas.

We attended the outdoor gym every day and even enjoyed Strawberry Daquiris by the pool!

Manoli - our host - gave us a thorough introduction to the island and was helpful whenever we needed a taxi, water or something out of the box.

I would go back!

We had an amazing stay at Halycon Villas! Our host Manolis was helpful from the start and offered lots of information and tips of what to do on the island even before we arrived, so we were really looking forward to exploring the island. When we checked in, he helped us organise a hire car too.

The view from the villas is superb and felt like our own little oasis even though we were just a few minutes from town. We loved having slow breakfasts on our balcony before heading out for the day. The breakfast options were super flexible and even came with delicious extras each day!

The room was clean, spacious and had everything we could ever need for our stay - even small touches like extra towels for the pool were provided.

We'll definitely visit again if we're lucky enough to come back to Naxos. Thanks team for making our stay so special!

They will make you feel better than at home, not to mention the super homemade breakfast!

Nice room and lovely common facilities. I especially liked working out in the open gym and then jumping into the pool 😄 The breakfast was generous, with a variety of delicious options. I forgot the name of the girl at reception (sorry!), but she’s a true gem! Even though we stayed just one night, she explained everything about the island and gave us some great recommendations.

We spent 10 days at Halcyon Suites and Villas and can confidently say it was one of the most exceptional stays we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless—peaceful, beautiful, and deeply relaxing.
Our suite was immaculate, tastefully designed, and offered breathtaking views from every angle. The combination of elegance, comfort, and tranquility made it the perfect place to unwind. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast with fresh, local products—many from their own farm—which gave us a true taste of Naxian hospitality.
What truly made our stay outstanding, though, was Manolis. A warm, thoughtful, and incredibly professional host, he made us feel genuinely welcome every single day. His attention to detail, sincere recommendations, and kindness turned a great experience into an unforgettable one.
Whether you’re looking for relaxation, authenticity, or just a beautiful base to explore Naxos, Halcyon is the place. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories—and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

This place was recommended by a friend. So glad we listened. Great experience! Owners were helpful and breakfasts were fantastic! A little bit out of town so recommend getting a car rather than taking a taxi every day. But great starting point for daily trips.

The pillows and bed are the fluffiest I’ve ever felt! The design of villas is modern and comfortable!The breakfast is serving every day in our villa and there is a big variety of biological products to choose!

Apartments are wonderfully furnished and with tasteful interiors. I believe are newly built or recently. Authentic cyclades style. Breakfast is served in the apartment as selectable choices with fresh orange juice which i appreciated a lot. Swimming pool looks wonderful. Staff and owner are super helpful and always ready to provide excellent information and useful tips. I would be definitely coming back to this place

What a great place to stay! We enjoyed every minute - the room, the view, the extraordinary service and kindness of the staff, the breakfast... would highly recommend staying here when visiting Naxos! ☺️
