This hotel is absolutely amazing! The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location is perfect, close to everything you need and ideal for exploring the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Soul Syros Luxury Suites was a lovely and charming stay! The location is ideal—right in the heart of Ermoupoli and within easy walking distance of a lot of our bookmarked restaurants, etc. Our deluxe room was bright, spacious, and breezy, filled with natural light and opening onto a lovely balcony overlooking the City Hall. The interiors are beautifully understated, creating a sense of warm calm and serenity. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, rounding out our experience perfectly. I'd highly recommend to anyone staying in Syros!

Wonderful central location, lovely staff , accommodation in neo classical architecture, the breakfast is served in a pavement cafe and you get a choice of a menu, lovely breakfast choices and a little different to the usual. Rooms are of a high standard and lovely toiletries, beach towels and a great balcony overlooking the street and a very short walk from the ferry port. Lots of shops and restaurants very close. Definitely stay again and can recommend.

Everything was unbelievable! The most awesome location in a historic building just opposite the town hall and the city square and 1 street back behind the waterfront. The staff were exceptional all so helpful. I was supposed to be travelling with my husband but he had to return home at short notice. The breakfasts are amazing. From the poached eggs, scrambled eggs and the chocolate pancakes are all taste sensations. 1st class stay and 1st class customer service!

Lovely hotel with superb location. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff is kind, friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was great and at a great place overlooking the central square. Had a great time in Syros and the hotel staff helped a lot. I would come back for sure!!

Small but clean and pleasant rooms overlooking the main town square. Note that this place does not have a lift, and there are a lot of stairs up to some of the rooms so you'll have to carry your luggage up. Very nice shower in the bathroom, which had a tiny window which, when you opened it, you could see the sea. Very nice man on reception, and our room had a terrace which was bigger than our actual room, so that was a nice place to sit. Comfortable bed, and we slept well. Noise from people in other rooms can be an issue, but that's mainly just children and didn't last long.

I loved it. I was only doing a one day visit to see friends in my beloved Syros, but the location near the ferry terminal, the comfort and beauty of the hotel were just what I needed after too many late nights and travel. Maria at reception was lovely. I was too early for the breakfast because of my boat, but it is offered in a pretty little café on the next block. A great choice.

Lovely stay in the centre of Ermopouli overlooking their square. Refurbished to a good standard. We booked a deluxe room and the first room we had didn’t have much light. The staff were very understanding and accommodating and moved us to a different room. Breakfast was taken at a cafe around the corner which was really good with lots of options. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay at. Especially coming off a ferry that arrived at the port of Syros at 4:00am. Patmos to Syros ferry. There is no direct ferry from Patmos to Paros. So we needed to make a pit stop at Syros and this place was more than perfect. The Syros Soul team send me a video of how to get to hotel along with the code to get into hotel since we were arriving at 4:00am! It is walking distance from the port to hotel. Felt completely safe to walk from port to hotel. Only people we saw were the locals/workers setting up the fruit and veggie stand and the fish market. Room was clean, bed was big amazing sleep, bathroom big. Supplied you with all the toiletries. Breakfast is around corner of hotel. If your are looking to stay somewhere close to the port and do some shopping and need some good local food. Stay here. At 4AM the last thing you want to do is walk up a flight of stairs with luggage to room, but hey that's part of the experience. It's Greece! We only stayed here for literally a couple of hours to catch up on sleep, shower, have breakfast then catch our 12:00pm ferry from Syros to Paros. Paros was our main Island. There was a person who waited for us to get up and greet us to make sure we didn't miss breakfast and asked if we needed anything. Hope this helps travelers. Thank you Syros Soul.
